The bedsheets were stained, there were burn holes in the chairs, the refrigerator made irregular clicking noises that made it difficult to sleep, even with the bathroom fan running constantly to drown out the sound.

Decent location; easily accessible; good, friendly, and helpful staff. Easy access to the room from the parking lot. The room was chilly when I entered, but warmed up well with the baseboard heaters.

The pool was dirty, my kids wouldn’t even swim in it due to dead bugs floating on top of the water. The carpet in the room is filthy and outdated.

The price was decent for being in Red Deer.

The pool was cold. The staff was friendly. The room was ok but the ac wasn’t great, the people coming and going around the building was sketchy.

It needs more attention to details for cleaning, some gross dirt looking smudges on the wall and hair in the bathroom that wouldn't take much to wipe which gives the impression that it wasn't cleaned. Room smelt like cigarettes. Bath didn't drain well.

The staff were really awesome! Very friendly, the pool we had to ourselves. We had everything we needed in the room including working air-conditioning

Your ad said complimentary breakfast. When asked staff said no longer. Sign also says as well. Pool dirty along the sides. Stains on bedding.

The room was supposed to be smoke-free but it smelled like cigarettes a lot. The bathroom was not fully cleaned and the toilet leaked so I had to close the valve. The cleanliness of the whites was acceptable overall. The rooms need updating.

I liked that it was close to the place I needed to be and that was very accessible. It was warm even when outside was very cold.

Hotel and room was run down, door casing holding the extra security lock in place was broken, looked like the door had been kicked in, an attempt to fix it was made prior but not made properly for proper operation. Staff was very hard to understand as they spoke very broken English. There was no complementary breakfast, but for the the price of the room that is to be expected. Pillows and bed was uncomfortable. Coffee maker did not work. Thermostat did not have numbers left on it to determine how warm the room temp could be set at. Room service was on request, not daily. Damage deposit was taken on check-in by staff but they could not re-lease it on check out said it would take a couple days. Found that ODD.

Convenience to my areas of interest in the city for the purpose of my trip. Dining options were a short drive or walk away. Room and bathroom was clean.

The cleanliness of the bath/shower, the elevator was quite dirty and damaged. There were some questionable individuals who had to have the police called in them.

Everything apprence was awful scared too get out of my car so awful and all hotels were full thank hod friends had an extra bed for me too stay the night

Got too the parking lot and left and tried too cancel my stay but they couldn’t refund me said I had too talk too booking .com was so scary looking the building and hobo’s in the parking lot so I didn’t stay did not even go in so need refund

It is vacant and we had to rush to find another hotel with a massive horse expo in town. Beyond disgusted with your services.

The hotel doesn’t exist anymore. Super disappointed as you took my money before hand. Will not be using your booking site ever again.
