The description didn't say 3 rooms had just one single bunk. There were 4 sets of towels for 5 people.

It's a quite comfortable and very clean apartment not far from the Skytrain. There's an easy parking right outside and it is very well equipped. Contact is fast and easy, WiFi working, and the pricing is fair.

We could hear the noise from the neighbors upstairs in the middle of the night. Additionally we felt that the unit has a very limited number of sockets...

The location of the property is very good, it's proximity to Nanaimo station makes it very convenient for downtown Vancouver trips. Additionally, the host provided all the items that're required for a comfortable and homely stay..

Walk to skytrain was a bit longer than anticipated. It took about 15 minutes in total. Probably need a uber to go to restaurant/ pubs in the evening

The accommodation was very good with very compy bed. Lots of amenities such as washing machine, dryer etc. Could do with Mat in bath as its quite slippy when showering

You can hear everything that is going on in the house. It wasn’t even loud, but toilet flushes, steps … you hear everything, unfortunately.

Perfect location. Close to Skytrain. Quiet and nice neighborhood. Apartment was nice and had everything you’d except (and need).

Would prefer additional locks on the door to feel safer. The existing door you have to pull towards you when locking from outside.

Spacious, well equipped, you can do laundry and cook up meals here. Great for people with big luggages as there is just 1 small flight of stairs.

The property is very well maintained and the appartement I rent was spacious, fully equipped as mentioned in the description, the bed was very comfortable, and everything is thought for a comfortable stay, the place was very clean and quiet. Walking distance to Nanaimo station which was very convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. This is a place I would rent again if I come back to Vancouver!

Flat is a ten minute walk from the Skytrain, which I didn't like doing at night alone.

The place was spacious and well-maintained. The landlord is very attentive, with clear instructions thoughtfully placed around the property. Although I didn’t use the kitchen, it’s fully equipped, so it's worth checking the cabinets before purchasing any additional items.

We rented the 3 bedroom. 2 of which had upper bunk bed both more suitable for kids bedroom than adult and the beds in those rooms are hard. Provided 1 towel each person. No face clothes or extra until asked. Was unable to provide a throw for the couch as it was more confortable to sleep on that than on one of the bunk beds. Cleaning is ok. Found junk in the creases of the couch.

Location was great. Easy to find parking on the street. Full kitchen with everything needed to cook. The main bedroom is confortable.

The suite wasn’t quiet as promised in the listing. We heard footsteps and things dropping on the floor above us as well as talking from the neighbors in the suite nextdoor even after 11 pm which was when quiet time started. We’re usually not sensitive to noise but this suite was very noisy. The washing machine could only be used between 3-11 pm IF the neighbors weren’t using theirs at the same time. This wasn’t very flexible as the neighbors were washing every evening. We could clearly hear when the neighbors were using their washing machine.

The neighborhood felt safe, very close to Nanaimo skytrain station which only took 10-15 min to downtown Vancouver. The suite was clean and had good facilities. Good value for what we got.

It would be helpful to clarify in the listing that the single and double beds are actually bunk beds, as they are not well-suited for adults. The single bunk bed comes with a thin mattress, and the double bunk bed is uncomfortable for taller individuals. Furthermore, it would be beneficial to address the visible stains and dirt on the kitchen scissors and kettle.

The air conditioning in every room is excellent, especially during the heatwave. The property has everything we need, including bathroom toiletries, storage space, and a fully equipped kitchen. The main ensuite bedroom has a nice closet and a very comfortable extra-large bed. We have a separate entrance for our unit and the host is helpful and flexible with checkout times.

I would have liked some outside seating. It was really nice weather and it would have been good to be able to sit outside rather than have to go out all the time.

Very bright lights from the alley kept us awake (needs blackout curtains) until we moved the bed so the door could be closed. Loud talking in the unit above until 2am, when we were told quiet time started at 10pm. Loud dog barking outside our bedroom window early in the morning.

The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. It was only a 10 minute walk to the Skytrain and 2 stops from the PCS. A small store was very close by. The bed was very comfortable and having laundry in the unit was great.

This place is like a “home away from home”, which had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, with the added bonus of a full kitchen, so I could prepare my own meals. I didn’t use the Skytrain but it seems close. I choose to Uber around, as was easy & convenient. The place was very clean and the bed was lovely.

The matress was a bit hard for my personal liking, and it would be a nice improvement to make the unit sound proof.

Great location near Nanaimo Station and a beautiful lake down the road. It had all necessary appliances to stay comfortably. The hosts always responded quickly and communication was easy. Before our arrival they explained everything clearly. The space was also great for two people, and the bathroom had heated floor as well!

It was horribly noisy in the evenings, bad soundproofing between the houses, floors meant you could hear people moving around disturbing our sleep.

There were two things I didn't like about the apartment. First was the door in the main bedroom that led into the next apartment. It was locked and I didn't try and open it, but I would have been a lot happier to have bolts as well to ensure nobody could get in to my side. The other thing was the noise from the upstairs apartment. I think it was another holiday let, and the soundproofing left a lot to be desired. It sounded as though building work was going on there were so many bangs and crashes, though this was not every day and not after about 9pm.

Had a week in Vancouver to help settle my daughter in at UBC so we needed an apartment for two for a couple of nights and then just me for the rest of the week. The apartment was in a really nice residential area, with a lovely little food shop a two minute walk away and Nanaimo Sky Train station a 10 minute walk. From Nanaimo it's a really quick journey to get to downtown Vancouver, and 10mins by Sky Train then 30mins by bus to get to UBC. The neighbourhood felt really safe, the neighbours are friendly and the apartment had everything we needed for a short and very busy stay. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen was pretty well equipped. There are many, many Uber eats options (including wine deliveries - so civilised) so catering was easy.

- Too many instructions on the walls telling you what you ought to do (therefore doesn't make you feel too relaxed) - There wasn't any information regarding tourist attractions or restaurants which they recommend in the neighbourhood - Lack of decoration (plain, which made you feel like you were in a hotel)
