Our room was easily accessible from the outside of the building and we were able to park right outside of our room which was great. Check in was great and the lady at the front desk was absolutely awesome, very helpful and accommodating. she went beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She had an amazing style to match her personality. She was an absolute delight. The wait staff in the restaurant was friendly and attentive and the food was great tasting and hot. The only sketchy part was the vending machine. our debit card would not work and it would not take cash. Other than that, this hotel was great. we would definitely stay here again if we needed to.

The room was a smoking room. They said it was no longer a smoking room but it smelled terribly of smoke whether that be residual or someone was not respecting the rules and smoking in it anyways. I called and inquired, no one offered to change our room, no effort to resolve this concern, which wasn’t ideal with my 4yr old son. I don’t like to expose him to smoking environments as he has asthma. When we checked in the front desk wasn’t overly friendly and when we checked out, no one asked us about our stay. We paid $143 for this room, dive motel, smoking room, unfriendly staff. Location : Faces the highway, teenagers were yelling and hollering running by our room at 1:30 AM, this has nothing to do with the hotel and is out of their control but overall not very restful on top of everything else.

The rooms were very large compared to most hotel rooms and the restaurant had really good food

Our air conditioner did not work in the living space , it worked in the bedroom fine , it’s a very outdated hotel but it’s clean enough, and the beds were comfy . It’s kinda like taking a step back in time to maybe the 70s and they still have smoking rooms which was kind of gross. The smell of smoke lingers especially by the smoking rooms in the hallways and if you book a smoking room, it will be smoky…. lol we had non-smoking and It was OK not too smelly , all in all it was a decent stay . I think it’s the size of the rooms and the kitchenettes that. Keep people coming back to this hotel which is also kind of nice even though they’re dated.

Hallway smelled cigarette smoke, pool hot tub non-functional.

They had a bar in the hotel, and they had outside entrances to the rooms, which made it easier to unload the car.

Clean and comfortable. Excellent location, next to the highway, near shopping facilities. Restaurant was excellent.

Pool closed on one day.

Having a decent family restaurant attached is a great bonus.

Unfortunately this hotel hasn't gotten with the times and has smoking rooms. We just about gagged walking from the restaurant back to our room. The smoke smell in the hall was nosiating.

Bathroom fan was so loud I couldn’t hear housekeeping knock on my door. Annoying when having shower, or sitting for my bm.

Staff was excellent the DVD wasn't working so they replaced it right away will definitely be staying again the best part is access to outdoor without having to walk through the whole hotel
