United StatesThe check in clerk said she upgraded us to a suite when we arrived. We went to the room and it had two full beds instead of the king bed I booked. The Starbucks didn't take our Starbucks gift card. There was a parking fee for our vehicle. There was a charge for 2 water bottles in the room.
The staff was nice, the room and hallways and lobby were clean. There was a restaurant downstairs, it was tasty. There was a Starbucks in the lobby. At check in, we were given discount cards for the full service restaurant and for the breakfast room. The manufacturer mall was across the street and everything was fairly close and easy to get to.

Was good to stay there for three nights . The guy at register desk Sherjil was awesome. He check in us late night and helped a lot. He made our stay extraordinary by helping us in many ways.

CanadaThe attached restaurant was closed all 3 days we were there (on a long weekend!). The outdoor pool was closed (again, hot & sunny outside, a long weekend & no outdoor pool) There were additional charges for outdoor parking & resort fees. We were told in advance but only AFTER we had reserved. And of course all these fees are subject to taxes! These should just be included with the room price to begin with. Nickle & diming the clients is ANNOYING!
Large room with separate living area- Nice! Fridge, microwave & coffee maker included! Enjoyed the indoor pool. Staff was welcoming & helpful.

CanadaThe Room was very noisy though the air conditioning , I felt like sleeping next to the road actually I slept about 2 hours and than I travelled again and was tired that I has to take many breaks ! And I was charged resort fee and some other charges which the booking.com didn’t mention at all they’ve mentioned only extra $20.00 for parking but nothing else ! The hotel staff was very pleasant and acomomodating but i felt bad about this stay !

CanadaThey charged a 20$ resort fee, plus 14% tax, for use of an outdated pool, a derelect "fitness centre" and wifi, of which they have the nerve to call free. Also another five dollar a night fee for digital advertising. What a complete GOUGE!!!!!

United StatesStaff was pleasant but failed to tell us anything about the property at checkin.The website said the pool as closed but when I asked why a daily resort fee was charged at checkout if there was no pool I was told there was a working pool downstairs, wish we were kept informed. My grandson slept on the pull out couch and it was unbearable as the coils literally came through the mattress. The room was otherwise comfortable. The property was a little bit worn

CanadaI was not use to the $20/day parking fee. But this is quite normal in tourist towns.
The room was big. I was close to everything without being rushed around. I was told about the renovations before coming so no pool was no surprise. Front desk was friendly and explained everything about the hotel that I needed to know.
