The rooms were dated and the doors did not open or close properly. The free breakfast was not self serve like most hotels, appeared to be served to control portions and cut costs.

I didn't like the service style of breakfast, I would have preferred the buffet style. I'm sure there's a history behind it, but having been to a lot of hotels where they let the guests select the food on the table, this seems a little odd for me. The staff forgot to replenish the body wash and shampoo because these were empty when we stayed. Luckily we brought our own hygiene kit. Microwave was not working and had to be reported. Pool water was a bit cold.

I like the location since it is close to a lot of commercial establishments like groceries, gas stations, restaurants and pubs. I like the pool although its small, it has a small slide for kids.

The pillows were way too soft and made for a less then great sleep. The door keys had to be replaced a couple times throughout the stay and I heard that was common. The hair dryer in our room did not work and this was not addressed even though we mentioned it to the front desk staff. The hot tub also was not working in the pool area. Also the staff served the continental breakfast and it was uncomfortable the way it was set up.

The staff was super friendly and the water slide was alot of fun. It was clean and the water pressure from the shower head was amazing. The beds were comfortable and had a good blanket. It has everything you need close by with a Timmies in the same parking lot.

Wonderful experience! Breakfast was a bit chaotic as it was a full house on Saturday morning but the staff was excellent! They handled things very well. Also my daughter had won an award and left the flowers she got. An hour after we checked out we were able to call and retrieve them! That made her day.

The toilet pot was not properly cleaned. It also had flushing problem. Though I complained, the problem was not solved.

Rooms, corridors need an upgrade but very clean. Pillows are horrendous! Woke with a stiff neck. That would be a cheap improvement. Unfortunately hot tub out of commission.

Housecleaning could do a better job of making sure that soap and shampoo dispensers were filled and that extension chords to the night tables are present where there are no electrical outlets.

Breakfast same menu for the entire 3days and the worse thing is you are being selve like a kid. You have to ask for everything .This is my first time to that. Fewer options to choose from. The cleaning is very bad. Our room was full of dust the very first day. Bed not laid properly and pieces of hair papers on the floor and they said it's cleaned. I wouldn't want to be in a place where they don't care about cleaning.

The comforter got blood stains from previous guests that was not replaced. Housekeeping also left their cleaning rugs on top of the bathroom counter.

This location got family rooms with bunk beds.

Broken tiles in bathroom where shower curtain was installed. Found dried contacts lens on the carpet from prior guests. Hot tub out of order and very small pool.

Location excellent easy in and out of red deer. Restaurants and gas stations very near by. Good breakfast. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff.

The toilet needs repairs. Every second flush required a jiggle of the float inside the tank and not everyone knows where or what that is. Also the hinge in the toilet seat was broken the day we got there.

Proximity to main roads that lead to all parts of the city. The many amenities close by especially for eating on any budget the value coupon to an adjacent restaurant. We went and we enjoyed it so very much! In the room, loved the big bottles of lotion, body wash and hair products! Also even though we didn't use it, the Keurig is a great touch!
