There was an issue with the system and we didn’t have a room on their system despite having paid. We were downgraded for a 5 dollar discount. The queue for check in was also nearly an hour which seemed a little excessive.

The hotel is extremely run down and in bad disrepair. The cost of the rooms are too much given the state of the hotel. It looked like it was lovely in its hay day but that was decades ago by the looks of things. Extremely dirty carpets, peeling wall paper, tiles missing or chipped. Overall it felt dirty and grimy.

The location is great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our bed was clean and well made and the room was spacious.

We were on the top floor & the air conditioning didn’t work. Only managed a few hours of sleep cos sweating all night. Not good when you have a long day of driving the next day… The hotel is obviously older so maybe it’s time to start doing some improvements.

Old and run down property that seems to be a faint shadow of its previous glory. Was just ok for one night stay, no complaints, at least it s clear why it wasn’t as expensive as the other choices.

The place was run down, courtyard dirty, old wallpaper in the bathroom. Ice machine didn't work. Needs some major updates!

Very basic with very little amenities. A few days ahead of our stay, we asked if we could get into our room a little early to attend a 3:00 wedding but they said they couldn’t accommodate us for sure and we’d have to wait and see. Check-in was 4:00. Our room didn’t have air conditioning and we were told that they would bring in a unit while we were at the wedding but it was not there when we got back! There was a gaping hole in the ceiling of our bathroom where a fan should have been.

The air conditioner did not work. There was a tiny fan in the room and I had to borrow another one from lobby but still I spent a hot night in the room even by opening the windows. I got $30 refund for it which was not worthy at all compared to to the price that I paid. Since the room was booked for 2 people, only the shower towels were for 2 and I had to get 2 small and medium towels from lobby. There were no box tissue in the room. I had to get it from lobby and just imagine, it was such small box like a pocket tissue. The shampoo and conditioner were not refill from the last guest. Totally disappointed room and bad experience for the person who accompanied me and it emwas his first trip to Harisson.

There was no AC in building so windows were open which allowed spiders and moths in room. I looked at 3 rooms first night as first one someone had been sleeping there and there were spiders. Did get transferred to room with AC on second night but heat was brutal first night.

Very old & worn out facility. Carpets threadbare. Cobwebs in windows. Lift was jerky…Only one person in desk during busy times. Set back one block from waterfront.

The gym wasn’t open. Our rooms AC didn’t work so we had to switch rooms but the room we moved to had a window AC unit and didn’t cool the room down very much. There were squished spiders on the walls, hand prints on the wall and the bathrooms weren’t spotless.

Bathroom ceiling fan cover missing, bathroom ceiling in poor condition. Portable air conditioner unit vent hose hanging out wide open window with no cover. Everything just very out dated. Did not look the same as online photos.

I left a bag in the bathroom and I called to report it and asked for the cleaning person be asked for it. I never got a call back. I know I left my bag there and someone had to find it when cleaning. I do not recommend this hotel for this reason, staff are not honest!!

The ceiling of the bathroom could have been fixed. It was weird it was open, I felt a little uncomfortable. There was two of us and there was only 2 towels, normally there is 4 towels when 2 people are in a room. It was rundown.

Did not have breakfast. The location was good, it was close to everything. The beds where comfortable.
