We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

CanadaUrine smell from bathroom floor,mirror had "We just had sex" come up when steam was present. Door locks were sticky. Alot of garbage in hallways and outside every door going outside and overflowing garage cans. And lack of garbage cans at each door. No grass area to potty dogs even though they accept dogs.
Manager, listen to my concerns about lack of cleanliness in the bathroom. The price was reasonable. Good breakfast included. The front lobby is nice.

CanadaThere might have been bed bugs we were all itchy the moment we sat down on the sofa.. we also saw some cockroaches, mold in the washroom… and everything seems rusty and a bit dusty. The ceiling has a stain as if the upper floor may have flooded and dripped water frm thr ceiling… the fridge was dirty… i was afraid to touch things in there. It’s like a setting for some creepy hotel in AHS

The room was not sound proof. The people in the adjoining room were partying all night and they could be heard through what seemed like paper thin walls. They kept it up until around 4:30 am.

CanadaThe room provided was rougher than provided on previous stays. Quiet was possible after I went outside to stop a tin pop can from rolling around with the wind. The outside door was adjacent to a parking lot and looked like it was previously forced open. The main room had a lot of damaged paint, which was noticeable. The outdoor main entrance of the hotel has torn outdoor rug at both doors, and cigarette butts all around. There is a rusted car, probably belonging to staff, parked by the door I remember when this hotel was the best in the city.
Breakfast was good - a hot meal with the addition of real fruit salad was a bonus this trip.
