There is no internet signal in my room at all.

The room is spacious, clean. The swimming poll was closed when we were there.

Urine smell from bathroom floor,mirror had "We just had sex" come up when steam was present. Door locks were sticky. Alot of garbage in hallways and outside every door going outside and overflowing garage cans. And lack of garbage cans at each door. No grass area to potty dogs even though they accept dogs.

Manager, listen to my concerns about lack of cleanliness in the bathroom. The price was reasonable. Good breakfast included. The front lobby is nice.

Bathroom was not clean. Mould growing in the bathtub/shower. The grout on the tiles was black. Door had been water damaged and was not cleaned or replaced. I am afraid that I will no longer stay at Wyndam Hotels

Pool didn’t work, neither did the laundry, mold in the bathroom, stains on the sofa, no elevator, no ice machine. Breakfast was ok.

No one came to do the garbage or bring the necessities we needed for our stay , I had to ask constantly for clean towels

Air conditioner didn't work very well, the rugs in the room could use a good cleaning.

Spacious room, comfortable king-size bed, enjoyable breakfast. We felt that we got good value for the price we paid compared to the competing motels in the same area.

The air conditioning did not work very well. Not the hotels fault but the people next door locked someone out of their room and the person that was locked out proceeded to try to kick the door in every hour till 4:00 a.m.

The rooms in the hotel are clean but not fully cleaned and the condition of the rooms leaves much to be desired, the bed is clean but the showers were not clean enough, the breakfasts are not bad

There might have been bed bugs we were all itchy the moment we sat down on the sofa.. we also saw some cockroaches, mold in the washroom… and everything seems rusty and a bit dusty. The ceiling has a stain as if the upper floor may have flooded and dripped water frm thr ceiling… the fridge was dirty… i was afraid to touch things in there. It’s like a setting for some creepy hotel in AHS

What ever could be done to make the room sound proof to external noise.

The room was not sound proof. The people in the adjoining room were partying all night and they could be heard through what seemed like paper thin walls. They kept it up until around 4:30 am.

The room provided was rougher than provided on previous stays. Quiet was possible after I went outside to stop a tin pop can from rolling around with the wind. The outside door was adjacent to a parking lot and looked like it was previously forced open. The main room had a lot of damaged paint, which was noticeable. The outdoor main entrance of the hotel has torn outdoor rug at both doors, and cigarette butts all around. There is a rusted car, probably belonging to staff, parked by the door I remember when this hotel was the best in the city.

Breakfast was good - a hot meal with the addition of real fruit salad was a bonus this trip.

it leak and wet rug. no one came to clean PLUS PLUS. The propithy shoud be keep clean. ALL GRABAGE should be picked up everyday. plu. NO,,Clean towels asked for towels. no one showed up with them
