Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomDidn't feel like the best welcome from reception on arrival - we were early and never expected to checkin at 11.30am but had to ask the question in case it was possible. Toilets/changing room for pool were inadequate and dirty (urinal was blocked and smelled very bad, my son reported this to the bar staff) No buffet breakfast offered No toilets in reception (had to use Shoeless Joes - or go to the upper floors)
Great location downtown close to major attractions - CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Eaton Centre etc.. The view of the CN Tower from the pool was great and also from our room. Access into Shoeless Joes from the hotel reception was good for those that want to use it. The gym was great

CanadaThis did not affect us but if you like to sleep-in and need a dark room, this is not the one...there are 2 walls of windows that have lovely white, wooden shutters as the covers, permitting the daylight to softly enter & fill the room. (I found they added a nautical / seaside vibe).
On top of the fabulous Booking.com pricing, we were upgraded (free!) from a King with City View to a King with Harbour View. We were in room 338: located on a south-east corner with views over the harbour (waterfront pub, aquatic police station with their boat-garage). Lovely view watching both the waterfront vibe as well as the boats flowing by. The room was lovely, very clean. Hallway noise & some outdoor sounds were noticeable but not particularly bothersome. With the room on the south side of the hotel, city sounds were not too detectable despite being steps from the city streets and Gardiner Expressway. The heated, rooftop pool has a southward view of the harbour/lake and a northward view of the looming CN Tower beautifully framed between two buildings.

CanadaThe hotel was so close to the Roger’s Centre that my daughter was able to walk there with her walker. The roof top pool had an amazing view and beautiful ambiance. The accessible shower was great but unfortunately shower chairs were not available.

Canadabreakfast, tried to go at 10:35 and said couldn't seat us since closes at 11. Little loud at night near the elevator but they made up for it with free parking which was awesome, and we loved being close to the pool.
They let my toddler and I check in early on arrival, room was beautiful and comfortable with a lovely view of city and lake, location, outdoor pool, lounge and food/bar service were awesome.

United KingdomRoom furnishings felt a little dated. There was some mouldy grout in the shower which wasn't cleaned despite reporting it. Limited choice of breakfast dishes. I prefer a buffet but appreciate in the current climate it may not be financially viable.
Location. Ideal for the baseball and CN Tower. Street car stops outside the hotel giving easy access to everywhere. Big room, staff very polite and helpful. Pool a welcome addition in 34° heat. Lots of places to eat and drink on the waterfront which are within easy walking distance.

United KingdomReception area was disappointing. Signage for hotel not clearly visible. Entrance not clean. Corridors were outdated, not the usual standard I would expect from a Radisson Blu Hotel. Hotel & location information not easily accessible. Wardrobe in bedroom insufficient size.
Room was clean, comfy & spacious. Location was ideal. Views from pool area were spectacular.

United KingdomThe coffee shop near reception was only open once throughout our 36-hour visit. Food and service at the poolside restaurant were poor.
Great location overlooking the shore of Lake Ontario. A 5-min walk to restaurants and the CN Tower, and a fantastic rooftop pool overlooking the CN Tower, which is a great place to be at sunset.

BulgariaWe booked this hotel as it seemed to be part of a great chain we are familiar from Europe, but was disappointed to see that this one was quite lower quality and needs an update in both furniture and services. The hotel is located at the lake but quite far away from the downtown, you need to take the tram or Uber to get places.
The room we got was very spacious and bright. The staff were helpful and kind when we needed a support.

United StatesThe pool is nice but it’s small and, because it’s busy, a little gross. But the lounge chairs were great and the staff is awesome. Great N/A options for a poolside drink. It’s a mixed bag.
The location is great because it’s walking distance for a concert at the arena. Being right on the water was great but we couldn’t see it from our room. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Parking was easy; the lot is under the building.

United KingdomThe storage space was quite limited. There were some broken slats in the window blinds that I did ask if they could be repaired, but nothing happened so we resorted to wedging a towel in the blind in an attempt to block out the light at night. I was disappointed with the view as the website showed several harbour view rooms, most with larger windows and a better view. I did ask if we could move but I was told that we could not change the room as non were available.
The room was large and of the type that we booked. It was clean and comfortable, as you would expect from a Radisson Blu.

United KingdomThe main issue is that Radisson in North America isnt actually part of Radisson so any VIP status is not relevant which is very misleading when booking and frankly shouldnt be allowed. They are now owner by Choice Hotels in North America. Therefore I tried to move hotel but the manager was good and we worked something out.
In a great location on the lake but it felt a bit like a party hotel which wasnt for us but will be great for others. Pool area is great but unfortunately didn’t stay long and wanted to explore the city more than sit out.
