Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThere was no lift/elevator, which made it difficult to carry luggage to the room. Also, we noticed insect on the ceiling, which my son had to remove.

CanadaWe liked less the fact that there was no proper shower gel — just a very small solid soap. There was no ventilation in the toilet. The pool was poorly equipped (only one umbrella, just two lounge chairs, and no water toys like pool noodles for children). The water was also a bit cloudy, so it might not have been well treated. There was hair in the bathtub and a dried stain on the wall above one of the beds…
We enjoyed having access to an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and a fairly complete breakfast. If you like sushi’s like we do there is a sushi restaurant just a 2 min walk away (Heaven and it was great).

CanadaHousekeeping is every second day which is fine but on the day they came in, they did not restock wipes, cups, etc. Sink was plugged. And not an issue for us, but location does not have an elevator fyi.
Staff was very quick to run a new hairdryer to the room when ours did not work.

United StatesThe hotel definitely needs a face lift. If you're looking for fancy, this is not the place for you. If you're looking for a place to lay your head but can deal with cosmetic deficiencies, then it will meet your needs. Breakfast was meh.
