Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe restaurant was closed. The room while clean was tired looking, cleaners took away some garbage but not all. Replaced towels (didn't need to as they were hanging up) but left mat on the floor and old soap. No phone charger, couldn't connect to internet on tablet and had tv issues.

CanadaThe room was excellent, but I think they were doing some renos on our bathroom - some of the fixtures were loose and the painting looked like it had been started and then left.
We had booked the Agawa Train Tour for the following morning, and considering it's wise to arrive an hour before the departure, this place was only 8 minutes down the road! We loved the pool facilities and the sauna, the breakfast was excellent, and the atmosphere was pleasant. We also felt better knowing there were cameras focused on the parking lot.
