The room was OK but not what I was expecting. The balcony was just the walkway in front of 4 rooms with 2 chairs each. This balcony overlooked the parking area. On balance, expensive for what we got.

Very thin walls. You good hear your neighbors talking, sneezing, and more .. Also the airco didn't work very well. Price - Quality was out of balance from our point of view

We were disappointed that we were unable to get a room with a view of the lake or mountains, as we were there for a 3 night stay. We had requested to be moved if something became available. Other than that, in the room our only issue was poor TV reception and a slow Wi-Fi connection.

We always love staying here. The proximity to the lake, the mountains and all that Jasper has to offer can’t be beat! We enjoyed our kayaking on the lake and the beautiful, safe walking trails. In the evening we looked forward to sitting on the dock and enjoying a nice cup of tea as we relaxed.

Slightly tired decor in rooms but everything else great. Restaurant is quite expensive for what it is, but Jasper is easy to get to and lots of restaurants there.

The walkway was gravel and difficult to navigate with rolling suitcases. Stairs were also hard to navigate.

The fireplace outside on the patio was a great way to unwind. Also loved the canoes!

The people in a nearby room were excessively loud and obnoxious. This happened two nights in a row. They started around midnight and went on for hours. I tried calling the front desk, but no one ever answered.

Accomodation was halfway between a hotel and self catering accomodation, but in doing so was became an awkward intermediary. Multiple small issues requiring assistance from reception staff which became quite tiresome: Took out bin but no new bin liners so had to call reception. Tin opener broken so called reception for replacement. Bathroom sink plug mechanism broken, so called reception for repair. Ran out of complementary coffee so called reception for more. Family of 4 but only 3 towels and 3 chairs round table for meals. No dust pan or hoover so had to call reception for cleaning. Quite a tight space for a family of 4. Staff were very helpful and responsive, but I found that when I had brought these things up with them, they remained polite but unfriendly. Very good location and nice accommodation but does not represent value for money unfortunately.

We were in a ground floor lodge and the noise from movement on the upper floor was intrusive at times.

A little problem ( but it was resolved) we were only booked for 2 nights yet my confirmation said 3 nights so we have to move rooms after one night and spend 2 nights in another room which was actually the type of room i expected from the beginning. I was hoping for some sort of compensation for the extras room ? in the end it all worked out well

Not senior friendly. Unfortunately there was a lot of construction going on so it wasn’t as peaceful. Couldn’t be helped though given the reasons for it.

We hat a King Premier room which are really small and the bathroom was reasonable big but a terrible design. I could not see the value for money at AUD500 per night

The best part for the 3 day stay was the view and the location. This is really outstanding on Pyramid Lake

It needs more sound insulation in the ceiling in the lower unit. Can hear foot steps and shower upstairs. The bathroom fan is too loud.

First room I had was way too hot, even though it wasn’t warm outside. They said the AC wasn’t working in that room so offered to move me. New room was much nicer. Lots of stairs yo get around, no offer to help with luggage. Construction equipment everywhere detracted from overall ambiance. For price of rooms everything should be top notch.
