The only drawback for us was that although it was in a nice area, it wasn't very easy to get to downtown Vancouver. We tended to take an Uber, which was easy to do but added to the cost.

The appartment was comfortable and suited us well. It was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the coffee machine!

The home is located in a quiet and wealthy part of Vancouver - within a short drive of attractive neighbourhoods and beaches. Our room had a comfortable, king-sized bed and lots of space.

The door was incredibly confusing haha. In normal position like youd expect —- was unlocked, and you couldn’t physically lock it in that position. But in this position | it was locked. What the lock was actually doing was preventing the handle from going down to the normal horizontal position all handles on the planet stay in. That was extremely odd, but still a great place

Honestly, nothing! There is one other bedroom which is available to a separate guest so it's as though you're in a share house but I had no issues with that.

You could tell that the hosts took pride in the little things, and it was such a cozy home! Also, it's the best toilet paper I've ever used.

The shared bathroom did not have sufficient paper products (we had to ask for more) and the shower did not drain well (which always puts me off). The second larger bedroom guests were noisy at odd hours.

Private Rooms was great value for Vancouver. A bit further out it was still easy to get to Jericho Beach, Kitsilano, downtown Vancouver and other areas but a car is required. With shared common areas like kitchen including fridge, TV viewing area and bathroom, the accommodations were quite large, the bunkbed with larger bottom bunk comfortable and street parking out front was available.

A little TOO quiet of a neighborhood / stay. I was travelling to see a concert and comedy show, both of which involved me getting back around 2-3am. I definitely felt like i had to sneak back into the property and to my room... which was made nearly impossible by the loud feedback beeps from the electronic door handle lock. Probably not recommended if you're planning on "rolling in hot".

Lovely neighborhood, clean, new facilities, amazing kitchen and en-suite laundry access. Short walk to buses, restaurants, and beaches.

I misunderstood what I would receive. I didn’t realize we were sharing a main area and bathroom with another person. Also, I misunderstood which bedroom we were getting. Realized our outlets weren’t working in our bedroom when we went to charge our phones at night. Probably a fuse and they were willing to come look at but we were already leaving the next day.

Directions of how to check in were detailed. It was clean. Reasonably priced. Had a washing machine but sadly no dryer. Good news is they had hangers to hang things to dry and a fan.

There was a TV in the room, but we could not find remotes so not sure if it was in working order? I found the shared bathroom challenging for one of the days we were there; difficult to access at times due to the other guest (2nd room) and then not wanting to interrupt cleaning after he checked out. This was more about bathroom etiquette than the space itself though.

The host was flexible and welcoming. The space was clean and offered a small kitchen area to make coffee or buy groceries to make your own small meal. The location was beautiful, quiet, and we were able to walk to get a coffee or snacks. When we needed to go further, Uber was readily available for quick pick-ups in the area. We were initially looking at staying in a hotel, but this was too expensive. Being able to find and stay in this accommodation, at a fraction of the cost, made our stay possible.

The host was very accommodating and communicative which we appreciated greatly. The property is located in a beautiful residential area, close to bus stops and very quiet. We definitely recommend.

Arrived to find previous people who should have checked out sitting in the common area. When I reached out to staff they said they were just trying to accommodate the previous person. I told them this was unacceptable and the response was that they won't do that again? When I explained this is unacceptable and that I felt uncomfortable using the kitchen and I was unable to relax in the living room I was given no response. The toilet seat is broken and no dish cloth or dish towel to wash dishes. The previous people filled the garbage with food before they finally left, which stunk in the morning. The door hand to enter the space was also broken and falling off, very confused how to lock and unlock also.

Toilet seat was broken. There was no soap for the shower. Bedroom was claustrophobic with just one tiny window near the ceiling level. Had to request the code for the bedroom door. Would suggest that you give some instructions on how to use the electronic door handle. I had never seen such a devise before.

Good location for purpose of my trip.. Comfortable bed. Appreciated being able check in one hour early.
