For me, the location was very good. Easy to find from airport. Well serviced by public transport, supermarket a few blocks away.

The room with a private bathroom is on the upper floor with two other rental suites. The room was clean and comfortable. But it was very warm. We asked the owner to turn on the A/C which he did and then we went out for supper and when we came back it was off, so we just had a little fan to try and keep us cool. The home is in a very nice neighborhood close to restaurants. There is a shared kitchen on the main floor but it was messy and not that clean. Overall it was a good place to stay overnight for the price.

The pricing for accommodations in Vancouver and the surrounding area appears significantly inflated. Overall, the region seems to be highly overpriced.

Very convenient and affordable space. Comfortable bed but under the bed I found a vape and empty pop corn bag. The host needs to do better at cleaning up after guests.

very comfortable room in quiet Richmond neighbourhood. I stayed here to facilitate overnight layover from Vancouver airport to Tsawassen ferry because it is conveniently located near late/early bus routes. Very clean, spacious bathroom and room with desk (and good wifi). Easy self check-in.

Everything else was dirty. They want you to change your shoes when you enter the house but the carpet is nasty. There is something under the bed, looks like drywall dust. Loads of it. Freaking cold room.

Things you need to touch we're clean. Toilet, sink, shower, bed sheets, towels etc.

There was some strange white powder around the baseboards, insect repellent or mildew retardant, I don’t but I didn’t like that. Otherwise everything meet our expectations!

Curbside appeal - 0 Wasn't sure I even had the right house. Stairs inside made it difficult to haul luggage. No towels to have a shower. Not homey, not comfortable. Did not stay on Dec 19 as I did not like it on the 4th Dec. Will not recommend to anyone.

I have no complaints especially when a cost benefit analysis is applied. There is a major garden front area renovation currently in process (will last through the fall), but other than being a somewhat messy appearance it didn't bother me.

Nice, simple room with adjoining washroom. Tons of shower soap/shampoo choices. Comfortable large bed with plenty of pillows and an extra duvet. Easy to come and go; keyed entrance. Wifi fine. Plenty of parking on the street. Small clean kitchen with most basic kitchen utensils. A noisy tenant was dealt with promptly. Any work noise was minimal and never early or in the evenings. It's definitely in line with the cost of budget accommodations in Richmond. I would give it two thumbs up.

Don’t rent out room while having construction completed on your property. Make the kitchen space more hospitable for guests by cleaning the space, not leaving dishes, having clearly labeled what is available to be used by guests (e.g. what equipment can we use, is there tea/coffee/sugar/salt/oil provided? If so have it set up for guests. Didn’t love the white powder that lined the bedroom walls and floor… the sticky powder substance got all over our clothes/bags.

The room is large with a wardrobe and ensuite.
