Loved all of it. This is a rustic lodge with dated features, not for folk looking for a country club.

We had great family times, lovely local sand dune beaches with picturesque light houses, delicious local mussels and fresh seafood, idilic countryside with red soil. Plus bbq worked a treat. Two thumbs up, and Ruth was on hand for any questions.

Everything was great, but the only downside was that the mobile signal was very weak—I couldn’t receive messages or access the internet, and I couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi either.

I loved the full kitchen and amenities. Even in the heat of the day it was nice and cool. There were lots of outdoor activity equipment and games for in the room. You could not be bored in the evening.

Very remote but wonderful as we wanted to be near the Cape Tryon lighthouse and cliffs. Ruth was a fabulous host.

There is no grocery stores or restaurants near the property so we brought a cooler and picked up some groceries on the way.

It was very quiet and peaceful. We had adequate amenities and the stay was very cozy and pleasant. Ruth is very kind and got us a map and the list of shops nearby.

Biggest negative was there is no AC so very warm/humid. Only other small negative was that there was nothing to wash/dry the dishes and unfortunately the roof had a water leak but was very quickly dealt with.

We had a wonderful stay, quiet, clean and outside area was wonderful for the kids. 5 Minutes drive from there was a lovely beach and 2 min drive was an amazing spot with a lighthouse and overview on the ocean and beautiful sunset.

Kitchen is small, does not have much utensils

Location, it is closed to north shore in the central island. You can walk to two lighthouses. Only 20-40 minutes drive to national parks and Green Gables Heritage Place. Sceneries around are beautiful. Hosts maintain the house clean and were very accomadative. Much appreciated it, Powleys.

There wasn't anything that I disliked. We got to do everything we planned on doing.

It was a lovely 2 bedroom apartment with large rooms. Very quiet and comfortable. There was a lovely sandy beach within walking distance or you could drive with a very short walk to the beach. Close to Summerside, Cousins Beach, and about a half hour drive to Cavendish.

Maybe the carpet floor makes the air smell a bit damp.

We love there’s a kitchen so we can cook and eat some real food because we were on the way and had been surviving to fast food in the past few days. I love Ruth’s booklet with the useful information we needs around, like attraction places, stores address, restaurants address. Super useful. Thank you, Ruth.

There was nothing that I disliked about it. Other than not having some of the conveniences of a hotel such as a restaurant or pool. Not super modern inside but very comfortable and rustic, it was also very clean upon arrival.

The owners were very nice and greeted us when we arrived. They had information available for amenities and attractions. They also had games available and a play set for the kids outside. The location was close enough to get to everything we wanted to do and it was a beautiful property. It was a great set up for a family with two bedrooms and a living room, and the kitchen in the room so you had the option to cook. Would definitely stay again.

Great little farm stay style accommodation. Great value for money with outdoor fire pit, BBQ and even games provided. They do their best at keeping the place clean however you can tell it is dog friendly, so if you're a non pet person I wouldn't recommend. Amazing value for money and cool little location
