No room service. Only place to get food was from the pub and we had to wait over an hour for a table, due to understaffing during the dinner rush. Paying guests should be given priority to reserve a table for dinner over the walk in boaters tying up at the marina. We came by bike and had no way of driving to the other side of the island to find food. It was really distressing when we were still queuing at 7:50pm when the kitchen was due to close at 8:00pm. No manager was available to help relieve the situation.

The facilities (pool, hot tub, and gym) were OK, but could do with a bit more cleaning and maintenance.

Beautiful location, very pleasant and secluded. Our dog loved the little beach area and marina. The main hotel building was also pretty and appeared well-maintained. Our room was comfortable (somewhat small TV, but we weren't there for watching TV) and all the rooms have a view of the water & marina. We ate at the Syrens Bistro and enjoyed both the food and ambience. All staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a beautiful and memorable stay for our anniversary trip!

stayed at this resort 20 years ago and it was gorgeous. al the same furnishings and decor throughout that is very tired and worn now. Beautiful location and waterfront view from every room. Bed was not very comfortable and the pillow were big and not very comfortable either. Only one restaurant was open and only one pool but it is off season so that is to be expected this time of the year. Definitely could be worth the price if the shabby worn furnishing and decor was updated and refreshed.

The resort really needs some TLC and maintenance. Simple things could make all the difference (eg the little wooden deck area around the hot tub requires replacement - is a falls hazard; more hooks to hang wet swimsuit/towels/housecoat; some window cranks broken; furniture needs steam cleaning; mat by the door to the deck).

I had some problems that the management was very accepting of feedback and prompt at addressing. Underfloor heating in kitchen and baths are a great addition. Location is beautiful, quiet (in winter) and remote!

Gym needs a deep clean and minor repair. Lots of dust and debris, machines needing a good clean. They need to post a sign to remind users to put their equipment away after use.

Very friendly and accomodating staff. Excellent restaurant on site. Lovely heated pool and hot tub. Great amenities. Well stocked gym. Beautiful peaceful surroundings.

The exterior decks, building exterior including entrance to villa were extremely dirty. The carpet on the landing was stained. There was obsolete furniture in the living room. The mattresses in both bedrooms were sagging. There should be bike rentals. The hot tubs has jets that emit scalding hot water, and it wasn’t clean.

The villas were a perfect set up for 2 couples, each having an ensuite. Lots of room to sit, eat, cook. Beautiful view.

Not much but the cafe was very hot and uncomfortable in the morning. I felt but for the woman working the coffee bar, there’s no need for that cafe to be that roasting hot at 10:00AM.

Two great outdoor swimming areas and the only fitness facility on all of Pender Island. The pub food was decent and priced reasonably. Our room had a great view of the ocean and the room was large and very comfortable.

The sink and tub were stuck close so they were a little slow to drain. Also, parking can be a challenge as there appear not to be enough parking spots for a the hotels guests.

We loved the swimming pool, and the restaurant overlooking the water. It was great that there was a little cafe to have morning coffee.. the bed was comfy and the patio was a nice touch. It would have been nice if the rooms had a kitchenette or even a microwave.

Only one breakfast spot - which had one person working there - some days took and hour to order and get your breakfast. Marina is Not part of the hotel so moorage also adds an added expense to the vacation.

Beautiful Location if you have a boat. Great pool and hot tub! Rooms have balconies overlooking amazing sunsets.

The furniture and beds were worn, old and fairly uncomfortable. The facility seemed understaffed, while the staff did an excellent job to compensate I could tell they need more people on.

The location was gorgeous and our cabin was private and cool in the hot weather. The staff provided excellent and friendly service.

The tap water was yellow. We could not enjoy the beautiful bath tub because of this. We understand that it is an island and water supply can be tricky, but this put a damper on our experience.

The view from our window was the best part of our stay. We had a vast and scenic ocean view. Absolutely amazing and picturesque. We enjoyed the hot tub. The room decor was lovely. We had a balcony where we could have our breakfast.
