Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaThe unit was tidy, but didnt seem clean. There was questionable stuff on the window and toilet cover, and I found crumbs on the countertops.
It was a spacious unit! Also felt safe with the locked front door. The unit was also pretty cool temperature wise, which made it comfortable for sleep. The location is also very convenient for walking for food/entertainment... especially if you plan to drink.

CanadaThere was no ice machine in our building and very poor instructions about where the front desk is as it was in another building. the other building wasn't even on the same street so we only knew to go there by word of mouth from others that were staying there at the same time.

CanadaHorrible check in, no staff at residence, no answers when you call, stood outside my room twice waiting for security from another hotel to let me in my room as keys didn’t work. Totally of 26 mins waiting for Security to let me in… check in is at another building- unmarked as it’s under construction… staff was a young kid that was in over his head, didn’t know the address and couldn’t direct me where he even was located when I showed up at the actual residence. Train your staff properly, let guests know where to check in- also let them know there is construction. Unprofessional and very disappointing.

CanadaThe place had not been cleaned prior to checking in, not vacuumed, bread crumbs on the kitchen counter, and the coffee table . Hair in bathroom sink . Called down and after multiple callbacks to me they did compensate me a little bit for my first night stay , and Said they would send housekeeping in the morning to clean again . After my day out and about , came back to the residence only to find that they still did not run a vacuum through the place . Also , me not needing the microwave the first day , I didn't think to look on there , but late in the second day I went to use it and of course there was splattered food all over the inside of it . I will not stay here again
