TaiwanSome of lamps in my room which can not use. The air conditioner was noisy when it operating. It's hard to find the power of electricity in the room. And here only has two floors, so here without elevator.
It's clean and comfortable. Here also close to some fast food restaurants and supermarket. Front desk were really nice. Comparing to the price, it's very worth it to stayed here.

CanadaThe Plains is a typical 1970s style motel and is therefore a bit dated in decor. Comfortable, but definitely out of style.
Excellent management and staff; very friendly and accommodating. Very generous sized room/suite. Comfortable bed. Very convenient to everything Brooks has to offer.

CanadaUnfortunately, the beds were far too hard, and the pillows were too thin. Some people may appreciate this, but we were quite sore in the morning. The heat was very difficult to keep stable, and the room kept overheating, but that may have been due to a wicked draft coming in under the front door. The towels could use some updating, and there is a shortage of plugs to recharge devices.
The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Just wonderful people. Good variety of television channels and ample hot water for shower or bath. The room has ample amenities and is spacious. Good location in town. Fair price for what they offer.

United KingdomWhile this may sound harsh given the relatively cheap rate, the stay was not good value for money. I can totally understand more spartan facilities at this price, but the problem was with cleanliness. The bathroom walls had mold on, the room had a strong smell of chemical toilet, the bath plug didn't work, tap water had a horrible taste (nothing said it's not drinkable) and worst of all I think the bed had bed bugs. I was covered in bites the morning after!
