During our 2-night stay, we noticed the garbage wasn't collected. While we understand linens may not need daily changes, regular garbage pickup would be appreciated.

Was charged on credit card twice for the one night stay! Once by Ramada and once by BKG*Hotel Booking! Informed front desk before checking out! They said night staff did it! Waiting for correction to show up!

For us as gluten free vegans there were very few options for breakfast. We appreciated the breakfast staff's kindness and help. Choices available were: bread, muffin, and fruit cup. Towels at the pool were lacking each of the four times we went to the pool. Waterside was enjoyed by the children.

The staff working at the breakfast were exceptional. They worked very hard to keep the food items well stocked. They were attentive to questions about allergies and helpful in pointing out food options. Good variety for those without allergies. Front desk staff were excellent as well. Helpful in freezing our ice packs, getting towels, answering questions. Very good smooth and timely check in and check out experience.

I wasn't a big fan of the online check-in. You were forced to answer questions such as arrival time when you weren't really sure when you would arrive. I couldn't complete the checkin without giving all my CC information and a photo of my ID. It made be uncomfortable.

The shower head was not adjustable (up/down). The breakfast area was way too crowded - there was no where to sit most of the time and we had to share tables with other parties more than once. I think they should provide more seating. Parking was also very full and it was hard to find a spot.

There was a kitchenette available in the room which was great. The fridge had lots of room and there was a sink to wash dishes/fill water bottles. Beds were comfy and the room had an amazing view of the area. Breakfast was pretty good. Overall, this is a very nice, bright hotel building and room. Close to some restaurants, gas station, and Walmart.

Great location to visit Waterton National Park. Everything we needed for a family weekend (clean, very comfortable, welcoming staff and a pool) Breakfast is the usual hotel food, but the kids loved it. We would stay here again.

Evening receptionist was lovely. Couldn't do enough. I didn't get her name. The room was spotless. We drove to Waterton. Easy drive. Had really good pizza at Als across the carpark. Breakfast was simple but good.

The soundproofing wasn't great, and we heard a lot of stomping from people above us, which made it challenging to get to sleep. Price seemed a tad high but all hotel prices seem to have gone up considerably in the last couple of years, unfortunately.

Breakfast was very good. The suite was clean and comfortable. The location was a little removed from Waterton Park but it was a scenic drive to/from the park.

The hot tub was closed for the maintenance the first night, but we got a a late check out the next day and could enjoy it fully then!

Our room was over the condenser units which made it hard to sleep as they cut in and out.

The person at reception who checked us in - very nice. The kitchen staff worked hard due large groups of families for the long weekend. They deserve a medal for what they had to put up with at breakfast. It was impossible for them to keep up with the crowd and the mess. The room was very clean.
