The A/C unit in the window was not correctly installed, but when the sun went down, the temperature went down and we had a decent night of sleep.

It was clean, well kept. Location was very good. In the mountain, it is great.

We left early mostly because coffee maker in room broken, and restaurant not open in morning, im sure that will get fixed overtime, was looking forward to walking around the grounds with my coffee, another time

New family caretakers were very friendly and helpful, we could see the potential in this place that they are really doing everything they can to revive it, keep up the good work guys, bar and restaurant were 👍👍, would love to see it in a years time of your success. Definitely stay again Mike & robin

This is a very minor gripe, and one that is clearly a seasonal issue, but the AC unit was loud and exhausted awkwardly. Having been said, I am grateful it was available and made the room comfortable to sleep in the thick of an awfully hot summer.

A very clean facility, a lot of pride taken with the upkeep of the facility. Great for traveling with dogs. Late check-in was a breeze and the employee was bilingual.

The beds in the cabin were a little bit too firm.

The location was close to the highway and the property was beautiful. They had live music playing in the restaurant which was great. We ordered 2 pizzas and brought them back to our cabin. They were delicious! The value for the 2 bedroom cabin was great as well. Lots of room for our family of 4 and our small dog.

It was extremely remote. The people running the place were very strange in the fact that they ran everything from the kitchen to the cooking to the registry to everything. They had young children, cooking and serving food in the kitchen area. There was really no other option unless you made food yourself. There was a very strange vibe about the place but it was fine for an evening and met our needs

Great size of cabin. Cabin location was very private. Having two bedrooms was ideal for our needs. Full kitchen and living room and screened in porch was very nice to have.

Grounds are nice, cabin was dated but clean. The resturant was good, had good service. Food wasnt great but not bad either. When we arrived we couldnt find anyone to get us checked in. There could be clearer directions for check-in/out.

A bit difficult to find reception. The yurt could have been cleaner.

The staff were very friendly, we got the impression it is a family run concern with everyone chipping in. Our evening meal which was delicious was cooked by a 14 year old so well done that man (we did have to wait a little while but it didn’t spoil the evening. The location is brilliant so peaceful. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.

Only the fact that the ceiling ventilation was very very dirty - dust was hanging out of it.

Beautiful spot, really fun to stay in the tiny house on the pond, but expensive for what I got.

The Parc was a little hard to find, and the check-in desk also. It seems to be a 'destination site / attraction', not a place to stay one night while travelling (although it served that purpose very well!) I stayed in the lovely 'tiny house' near the artificial pond. My booking said there was free wifi, but there wasn't (I assume because the tiny house was a bit far from the other buildings). The price was equal to that of a full-service hotel, which seemed very high (about $142). There were a lot of bright lights on all night around the premises, which took away from my enjoyment of the night sky - and it's a beautiful location to gaze at the night sky! The breakfast set-up was unclear - no signage (I do speak French, so it wasn't that) and it wasn't clear whether one had to pay, or how to work through the food & dining area. There were groups there lined up for food - I didn't know whether I should just join in. I wanted to get on the road so I just left.

Fabulous setting! A fun, little adventure to get off the main road that I've driven many times and explore the hills a bit. I loved the tiny house on the artificial pond. It was really sweet - and comfortable. The setting was lovely - water, hillside, moon and stars.

There was a missing curtain on small window and the main curtain were too light and did not dim the morning light enough.

Room: Le Refuge. The bed was really comfortable and everything was there to cook and eat. The shower though is at the campground but the installations are modern and clean. It was somehow nice to be in a small cabin with no neighbour in front of nice swimming pond. Perfect spot to look up the stars. It was very quiet.
