Comfy room if a little small for a suite, full sized fridge and microwave would make this a good working hotel

A bit of a small room to be called a suite

the room smelled and the hide a bed was broken and looked unmade. the hot tub was not very hot.

Clean and spacious

We arrived in town and decided to call it a day. Your hotel was very reasonably priced so we picked it. at arrival I was happy to see there was pool and hot tub, then found out there was a restaurant and bar which was a bonus. The lady at the front desk was super helpful and very friendly! The room and property were clean and nice. If I'm ever in your town again I will stay there

I would have expected Breakfast to be included for the price.

We had car trouble and the staff were very accommodating and gave us a late check-out to allow us time to get our car fixed.

The staff is very congenial and accommodating. We tried the pool facilities and they were clean and large enough for us to do aquafit exercises. $5 breakfasts also up to par.

It's hard to control the AC to a level of comfort despite having it set on low or auto fan. But generally, it was very livable.

Bad customer service . No accountability .

The rooms are spacious. The staff were amazing. Had a couple problems with the people outside the hotel but the staff and management took care of it right away. They were amazing.

The pool was great exercise for my 2 children who were couped up for hours in the car driving. It was just off the highway making it a good location to stop sleep and move on the next day. The man who checked us out was friendly even at 530 in the morning.

The bath tub leaked when I showered left us with a puddle in the bathroom and enterance. There were stains all over the room lamp shade and curtains. The women who checked us in was crabby and not friendly, she seemed ready to snap at my 8 year old who was over stimulated and has ADHD and wanted to press the bell. She snatched it away before she could and rolled her eyes at her. I felt uncomfortable having my children near her while i checked in.

Hot tub wasn't even bath tub warm Gave me a smoking room and I don't Smoke. It was awful Staff was so rude

The pool was nice but lacked signage

Elevator panels falling off the walls, pool lacked signage and had hand towels for the towels for people to dry off with. They need a credit card even though it doesn’t state that on the actual website, and on booking it specifically says no credit card needed. I have stayed in a lot of hotels without having to use a credit card. To not have this stated on any accessible platform while booking a reservation then having a strict policy is ridiculous. People need to be made aware of this policy before they book. Staff member was slow and unkind on multiple occasions. Beds were very lumpy and rooms lamps and lights were not working and the ac was impossible to turn on.

Facility was well maintained, customer service was excellent and helpful, rooms where nice , comfortable and clean
