It could use a facelift, especially the bathroom. The water pressure was not great. Also the wifi wasn’t good at times.

We loved the layout of the room. It was great for making breakfast or lunch in your room. There is a fridge and microwave in the room. The view from the balcony was amazing. We sat there most nights and watched the sun set. It was also a decent sized balcony that can fit 4 people.

The air conditioning was quite loud, the pillows were a bit too soft for our preference, and we noticed a small insect on the bedsheet. Also, the sink being outside the bathroom was slightly inconvenient. We understand that the hotel has been around for some time, and certain limitations might be due to its original design.

Location is great. We really enjoyed the beautiful lake view and the breakfast was good.

Room needed some TLC… some obvious roof leaking, the ceiling would have benefitted from some refreshed attention. As would the balcony.

The breakfast was not good. Missing many options, and bad presentation of the food. Ex: No butter, only margarine; most white bread, but offered inside the supermarket package ; Yogurt looked like a milk; fruits not well presented and the list is long. On top of that a warm and badly ventilated room in a sunny and hot morning. Surprised that Holiday In offered a poor breakfast, having such a great facility.

The apartment is very comfortable. Location and views of the lake very nice. Good underground parking. Staff very friendly.

The room was large and recently renovated but some of the furniture was mismatched or missing altogether.

The property is surrounded on three sides by Osoyoos lake which allows for most rooms to have good to excellent views. It seems to have been recently renovated.

Check in was friendly and informative on facilities available. Secure underground parking. Breakfast included in our price was enjoyable with seating overlooking the lake in Dining room. Our breakfast menu had great choices, and our server was very pleasant and attentive.

We had 33 hours of travel in 72 hours. We were checking in late but were looking forward to a nice room, a steak dinner and cocktails. On arrival the Restaurant is closed for dinner Monday and Tuesday. We go out for dinner. We come back, for an in room cocktail. Ice machine is out of order. We go to the desk and ask for a different Ice machine. There are none. But nigh clerk offers to get us a bucket. He does we return to 4th floor. Get plastic cups...🤨...for drinks. Open ice bucket...lid is mouldy... We go out to buy ice. We celebrate our shortest driving day yet with a few drinks. Fire Alarm goes off at 8:35am. I mention all of this as we check out. Nothing can be done to credit me 50%. Because I booked through Booking.com

The Hot tub was great after days of driving. The view from the room was very nice, but we saw it for about 6 minutes.

Small bathroom, lighting was not great and no towel tack to hang hand towel.

The view was beautiful. We liked that it had a balcony and it was on the top floor. Beds were comfortable. It was roomy. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

My husband was not treated politely by a front desk staff member when he asked about places to eat. More beach chairs are needed, as many were reserved by towels.

Very dated, needs new appliances. No plates, cups and cutlery in rooms. For 3 night stay we should have had at least 1 housekeeping service ( more clean towels, coffee and cups)
