The room was very hot even with two good fans. It would really benefit from aircon in the room (aircon is in use downstairs for breakfast).

We loved the location, the comfortable and quiet Golf Course View room and spacious en-suite bathroom. Ladda is a fantastic host and makes a gourmet breakfast.

When we arrived it turned out there was a miss communication between the B&B and Booking.com, Oceanside Manor did not have our reservation and they were completely booked! Ladda insisted she would make it right, and if we wanted to go have dinner she would have a room ready for us when we returned. True to her word when we returned she had prepared a lovely studio room, that she had a family member vacate to accommodate us! Multiple options were given for breakfast, I can recommend the Thai style omelet, it was great!

The house was newly renovated and spotless. The bed and linen were comfy. Breakfast of poached eggs infused with salmon on avocado toast was delicious. The host was incredible.

It was all excellent.

Everything was top notch: clean, comfortable, warp speed WiFi, secure place to keep 2 bicycles and home cooked unique, delicious breakfast (salmon infused poached eggs on avocado whole grain toast; Thai-style omelette) plus fresh fruit and good coffee. For us, it is walking distance to city center; stone’s throw to the sea and a coastal walk way. The hosts are gracious, helpful and kind.

It’s just that there is no a/c but it wasn’t very hot on the day we stayed however they provided an electric fan and windows can be left open so all is great! But all in all, everything is great!

There was nothing to criticise at all - the only one little problem we had was that we initially had trouble finding the property, google maps takes you to a B&B down the road and the property itself has no signage or house number. However, once we found it, Ladda was extremely welcoming and helpful, and even popped out specially for some fresh milk for our room. When we were chatting to Martin the following morning at breakfast, he agreed that a sign would be useful.

Oceanside Manor was extremely comfortable, had great facilities, and the breakfast was excellent. Martin and Ladda were great hosts.

The stairs It would be wise to advertise this as a bed and breakfast rather than a Manor It is a beautiful home I thought it was part of the golf course due to the name A sign out front would make it easier to find

The room was lovely Bathroom exceptional very clean and cosy A couple of basic lounge chairs to sit on would be great Breakfast was good Pool and spa the chlorine was a bit strong in spa advised owners maybe as the cover had been on a while The stair rail to get into the pool was loose and wobbly I have bad knees so need to feel safe Please advise guest in future if it is upstairs area

Martin & Ladda are great hosts that have built a beautiful guesthouse with great attention for detail. As soon as you walk through the door it feels like home. Great communication, a beautiful room, and an awesome breakfast!
