The hostess was very, very helpful. She even carried my suitcase in and out, and she is just a beautiful smaller person. She could not do enough for me. She also gave be an excellent recommendation for dinner.

We totally enjoyed our stay. The room was great. That bed was extremely comfortable. But best of all were the hosts. Martin and Laura. So friendly and interesting.

I honestly can't think of anything I didn't like! Everything was great!

Check in was easy. Beautiful large home with ample parking provided. Great location. The room ('Fancy' Room) along with the ensuite bathroom were large and comfortable and stocked with everything you may need (ex. mini fridge with water, coffee maker with cream & sugar, shampoos etc.). The bed is probably one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Breakfast was very delicious with generous helpings. Ladda is the sweetest host and was super accommodating. Everything was perfect and I look forward to staying here again : )

Only thing missing were glasses. We had a bottle of wine and had to use the coffee cups to drink it. We didn’t reach out to them about glasses as it was getting late.

We only stayed 1 night but our room was beautiful and clean and spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable!! The hosts were very nice too.

Only one bedside lamp?

Elegant in its simplicity,, great location with parking. 2 mins walk from seafront. Easy contact free check-in, delicious breakfast and great facilities. Lovely host.

It was hard to find at night because no lights were on in the front, but otherwise everything was perfect.

The room was lovely with a view of the golf course on one side & a partial view of the ocean on the other. The cool ocean breeze was lovely. Our hosts are wonderful and Ladda’s full breakfasts are exceptional with everything you could want.

I loved the simplicity of the room. The property managers were awesome. Free breakfast was over the top. We were close to the beach, shopping and the farmers market.

Outdoor property needed tending. Front yard is a mess. Parking rules needed to be enforced. Address needs to be more visible especially at night (could not see it). House needs outdoor lighting. Exterior entry stairs are very worn and damaged. “Design” of rooms is Tudor or farmhouse leftovers……not the best combination. Coffee machine needed descaling.

The hostess (Ladda?) was lovely. Communication was very nice.

For the winter season the aluminum windows created a lot of draft chilling the air substantially. The curtains could be heavier in weight and more insulated for winter. The curtains were more summer weight and not effective they stiffened and allowed drafts in between panels. The heat in the flooring was not sufficiently effective due to the drafts. It was not moderate enough in temperature. The fancy room was not above the kitchen or main living area so it didn’t get the rising heat from downstairs. The Duvet caused sweating when sleeping extremely thick. It then chilled if taken off with sheet only. Flannel pjs back on. A middle blanket needed that could be folded down. It is complicated to solve the windows. They Need calking or replacing. They would let heat in as well in the summer. They’ve done their best. The only solution is heavy thick curtains for winter completely blocking drafts. Bathroom frigid due to blinds allowing full wind to penetrate and shale floors freezing. I wouldn’t stay in summer or winter. I think pleasant in Spring and Fall when temps closer to body temperatures.

I noted the landscaping needed attention, grass was brown , front stairs were in disrepair. However, the suite we were in was tastefully renovated so I have mixed feelings .

Our host Ladda was awesome, she's a great cook and gave my wife a card and wrote something really nice.
