Its kinda far away from the places we went but not property issue.. you do hear children upstairs in the morning specially but it wasnt really an issue for us, it helped us waking up early :)

Very clean and nice place, host was nice and messaged to check in if everything was going well and if we needed anything, i mentioned we were finding it cold and he told us how to turn on the heater

It got very cold at night. Feet got really cold. Couldn't adjust the temp. Limited utensils to cook with. Wifi was hit and miss you would get then lose it.

Very cozy. And clean. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms and 2 beds. A very new house everything was beautiful. Great living room got to watch the game. Comfortable couches.

It is on the outskirts of town so it takes a while to get into the city, but the value and the space totally made up for it.

Stayed for 4 weeks and it was great. Absolutely everything you need. Management was more than helpful and contactable. If it was in Australia it would have cost a lot more for it.

1:- My sister and I literally could not find the apartment. We searched in vain for over an hour to find the apartment which cheesed us off no end. It was not a good start. The proprietors of the apartment should consider generating a clear and precise map of the area to prevent this happening again as not everyone understands the Canadian address system 2:- A polite point here but maybe the owners could provide tea/coffee and a few assorted drinks for children if a family stay there. To find a semi stocked fridge of drinks/milk would be a very welcoming consideration. 3:- A full set of crockery and eating utensils would not go amiss as my sister and I had to eat off dinner plates whereas a small tea plate would have been nice.

The apartment was immaculate and well lit.

This place was absolutely perfect. So clean and comfortable, beds and pillows were like sleeping in a cloud. Super clean and offered everything you could need. In a super nice part of town with beautiful views. The owner was kind enough to offer me an early check in due to an early flight. Definitely would recommend!

Unlike most of the booking.com properties, this one added a substantial cleaning fee so one thinks the price is <$70 but after the extra fees, it was over $145. Not cool.

It was new and it was well equipped. Odd there weren’t a couple more chairs in the kitchen table or any more foldable ones available.

It didn't bother me at all but my adult daughter sleeping in the other bedroom, complained about children screams and thumping from 7:00 AM. This is the only reason of giving a rating of 9 instead of a hearty 10. One other minor suggestion is to describe that the door is on the side when sending the door code, to avoid trying that code at the main door.

Everything was new a and clean to the last spec. Each bedroom had a private, fully equipped, bath. TV had good channels and streaming. Property is far from the center but easily accessible through the highways so with a car is within easy reach of most places in Edmonton. Area is definitely safe and free parking available.

New area of the city no stores in the area that are close. Young family upstairs a bit noisy at times.

Good communication with the landlord's. New clean comfortable basement suite with extras such as coffee, candies, pots, pans and dishes.

Was quite a drive from central Edmonton.

Nice new house with private entrance, and keycode door. Beds were comfortable, managers upstairs. Parking was good, and managers were great, even informed us of items left behind, All in all a good stay.

Listing said "whole holiday house". Did not expect it to be a basement suite. Had to put up with screaming children, yelling adults, loud crying, and banging on the floor from approx 8am to 10pm daily. Wifi disappeared after day one and we struggled to maintain internet connection in the basement with our phones' hotspots.
