May be throw an extra blanket. Breakfast was more of a snack but if you go west you are 25 minutes from a plethora of restaurants from fast food joints to some fancier outfits. If you are going east you are 15 minutes from Kate's which in many cases I would take the drive back (Kate's is closed on Sunday).

No gold plated faucets, no marble floors, no Persian carpets, but on the other hand it was very clean, comfortable, staff was friendly and I didn't have to remortgage the house to stay there.

The internet was slow and unreliable. That's the only reason we didn't stay there on our way back. The assortment of channels on the tv was quite limited. If there was a news channel, we never found it. Lovely good people run this motel. They offered to cook us a custom breakfast, but we needed to get back on the road. We probably missed a fine breakfast...

Comfy bed, fine shower, handy fridge and microwave. The best feature is its location, right on the Trans Canada Highway. Glad we didn't have to go on into Sudbury, which is too far off the highway. Super quiet location.

Room could have been a little bigger with amount of gear but for guys going on snowmobile weekend, it was no issue. Clean, had everything needed, comfortable beds, and good hot water.

Stayed at Norvic for snowmobiling weekend. Motel had trail running right to door. Lots of room to park trucks and trailers and owner had no complaints when we left rig in lot several hours after checkout to finish ride. Hotel is located on snowmobile trails near several hubs, so riding was great. About 5 min to convenience store/Subway/gas, and about 10 min to restaurants in Sudbury, but owner came around on Saturday night and asked if we wanted him to pick up anything as he was already doing so for other guests. Owner was fantastic about answering questions and went out of his way to make it a good weekend. Will definitely be staying at the Norvic again.

The location for us was excellent as our son and his family live just down the road. The rooms are small, but very well kept and clean. The shower had plenty of hot water and the room was quiet. The included breakfast was simple but good and very timely every day. The owners were available and communicative. Excellent stay and we’ll return again

The room exceeded my expectations. It was quite large, with a kitchen area and decent sized bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and everything was very, very clean. The location is convenient and the owners were very friendly and professional.

The location was on the outskirts of town. The place looked like several people lived there full time. There were about six cameras surrounding the front door of the office. A bit scary.

We couldn't believe how clean and maintained everything was. Not just the rooms, but the property and everywhere. You can really tell they take pride in their business. It was a fantastic experience. We'd definitely stay there again and recommend it.

First of all turned up on the way to the airport. My dad had booked the hotel as I didn't have enough money. On arrival I was told 250 dollars were needed as a deposit. I informed them of my circumstances and said they could have my car keys and car as I had driven all the way from Winnipeg and needed some sleep. The staff member told me in no uncertain times that I would not be staying. I appreciate you have rules but through no fault of mine to be treated this way is just plain wrong. They really need to look at their customer service and how they treat their customers. Fortunately I never have to stay here again.

We loved the location of the hotel because it had direct access to the amazing snowmobile trails. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathrooms had new fixtures, and the staff were all helpful.

A bit of traffic noise due to the location, however very convenient for the en-rout traveler looking to make time over long distance travel!

The room was modernized and very clean. Was not expecting this as the exterior of the building was rather dated. Location is excellent for access to the trans-Canada route i was traveling on. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend for a short rest stop.
