The room was not very clean, hair clumps in the bathroom and hair on bedroom floor. The room is in need of a deep clean, caked on dust on baseboards and top of clothes rack. The walls and floors could use a deep clean.

Love the heated pool, the breakfast spread especially the fresh fruits and the location. The bed was firm comfortable for us. Loved the outdoor breakfast area. The iron was top notch.

On the other hand the location is quite remote. Surprisingly Brampton is a very large suburb and it took a lot of driving time to get to the other side of Brampton. Another thing is the door of my room required strong force to shut and I was worried that the sound might disturb my neighbors.

Newton Villa is very nice and clean. There are plenty of parking and the staff, Abba, is very courteous. She showed me how to fetch hot water and made accommodation for my dietary need (Gluten-Free). The breakfast had good variety including eggs, fruits, cereal and pastries. The shared facilities like dining room, sitting room, gym, office, and laundry room are great. My room is quiet. Newton Villa is a very large house on a big plot of land in a nice residential area so it is very quiet.

Very noisy guest in adjacent room on my 3rd night! Almost as if he/she were doing construction as late as 10:30pm! Very slow flow to obtain hot water in sink.

It would be useful to have a big central light in the room, not only the two little ones at the bed sight. There are no closet or drawers to put your clothes, just a couple of hangers which are not sufficient. The breakfast could include some juices

It’s a nice place located in a affluent area. (I suppose the Villa was a private house before). As it’s October, we didn’t use the swimming pool, but for sure in Summer it’s very nice because they have a very big garden too.

The first thing we were asked to do at checkin was to give a $200 room deposit, that was refundable after your stay if your room was perfect. Not the best first impression to make on the customer! Could provide chairs or folding chairs to use to sit upon on the outside balcony. Need a nightlight in the bathroom. No complimentary cookie or chocolate on your bedside. The tv did not automatically turn to cable ……but fortunately we found an employee who helped us get it working. Could provide a docking center with lots of spots for recharging electronic items. Need to provide black washcloths with the wood “makeup” stitched on it so your guests have something to use!

We loved how quiet and peaceful our stay was. The bed and pillow and sheets were super comfortable. The bottled water, mini frig and oodles of wooden hangers were greatly appreciated. We slept with the balcony door open, which kept the room from becoming stuffy. The magnetic screen door to the small outdoor balcony was easy to use. The toilet paper was plush, strong and thick.

The only negative was the check process was, initially, quite awkward. The receptionist could not find my reservation and appeared to be a little annoyed that I could not produce a confirmation number or know which booking site I had used. I'm 72 yrs old, do not have a cell phone and, currently, do not have access to a printer. I had to get my laptop which was still in the car to show my confirmation to her. I did not want to create any more awkwardness so did not mention that I had been a corporate travel counsellor with a major travel company for 30 yrs. I was very surprised that your property does not have access to reservations that are made with you unless the client can recall who the reservation had been made with. This reservation had been made with booking.com on April 7. I told the receptionist I thought it had been booked with hotel.com. Even though she could not find it I find it hard to believe that there was no other way to pull it up (maybe by guest's email, phone number, etc.). If the property has limited rooms this can be very problematic because someone else may have taken the room that they thought they had booked. Anyway, once the confirmation was found, her attitude changed and she generously upgraded us to the honeymoon suite, lol. Again, I'm 72 yrs old, lol. You have a beautiful property.

Breakfast and location were fine. I lived 10 years in Bramalea, 1960-1970, and was back for a high school reunion. During those days your property was all farm land so it was quite the change.

Newton Villa was difficult to find. If the website had a better map, that would be helpful. On the first night around 5 a.m., there was a heavy rainstorm. I think there was a drain pipe from the roof inside the wall of my room. The draining water was very noisy. On the second night, guests arrived in the room next door just after 4 a.m. They talked loudly together and on the phone, I think they turned the TV on, and there was a lot of turning on and off of water taps. I hardly slept at all until they finally settled down at 8 a.m., which is when I had to get up.

The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean, pleasant and very comfortable. Everything I needed was there.
