CanadaThe bed was uncomfortable. We didn't rest well. There was no gym. They provided a 20% discount coupon for breakfast in a nearby restaurant. We didn't use it as it was expensive. However, any travel expense in Canada is lately absurdly expensive. It doesn't help the industry.
There was complimentary coffee/tea 24h. Juice only for some hours in the morning. The staff was delightful. The whole hotel was very clean. The location is great if you have a car.

CanadaRooms are well kept and very clean however the furniture is starting to feel a bit "tired". It's fine if you're looking for an affordable and clean place to stay but there is no pool or other "premium" amenities. We liked the availability of the EV chargers on-site but felt the price a bit high for a Level 2 charger.
Room was fine. The location was great for our needs but it's a bit off the beaten path especially for those who wish to visit Downtown/Old Quebec City. However, it's not far from Momorency Falls which is a big tourist attraction. There is a bike path that runs right behind the hotel and there is secure bicycle storage available. We have stayed at this property multiple times and we always have a good experience. The hotel also offers breakfast rebate coupons and the restaurant is just a short walk across the parking lot. Staff is friendly and helpful. Also, new for this year is the availability of two Level 2 chargers on the property. The cost is $15 for overnight charging.

CanadaWe could hear noises from other rooms. Not all the staff were friendly. Some would not look at us or acknowledge us when we were leaving in the morning or coming back in the evening. The bedding was not set properly in one of the bed.

CanadaI had a little of hiccup while checking in, the front desk wanted me to use my virtual visa/debit so it could be swiped for the $50 deposit (same card used while reserving the room) but it is a virtual card so impossible for that to be swiped...finally someone came through and simply said that another card could be used without a problem. Did not find that info in their policies but it kinda made my check in feel like an eternity after a 3h drive

We arrived early with our luggage, I had previously contacted the reception, and there was no issue.. We were there pre cruise and honesty, it was convenient once hubby got the hang after 2 days,, so with his experience of getting lost and 3 blisters on my feet. Tool us nearly 3 hours to get to this area,,, ......AND 10 MINUTES TO GET BACK..
