Great location in a nice quiet farm area while accessible to amenities and travel connections. Property offers everything you need for a reasonable rate and the host Ted does a great job of keeping everything running smoothly. He was very personable and accommodating.

Shared bathroom: This is probably the only problem.

If there were individual bathrooms it would be great in order to not have to wait. But in general, this is a wonderful place to spend quiet moments and reflect. Ted is an incredible, very friendly and professional manager who connects with customers so easily which make your stay even more enjoyable. I particularly liked the little notes in the bathroom explaining how to use stuff there.

There are some things that could be updated throughout, particularly in the bathroom. The shared spaces were nice - kitchen, living room, etc - it would have been nice to have things like paper towels or napkins in the kitchen. Also, maybe a few inexpensive plates or bowls would be nice. These are just minor suggestions to consider that would improve a guest's stay.

We liked the location as we were heading to the ferry the morning after our arrival and it was only ten minutes away. Ted, the property manager, was very friendly and welcoming. It was quiet, so we slept well. The room we had was adequate size, offering a double bed and a cabinet on which you could store your suitcase. It was far less expensive than a hotel.

A notice in the kitchen area to not make any noise in the morning.. one man was making his lunch at 5:30 am and was noisy .. everyone was great going to rest before 10 pm

We paid more than we wanted to because of the Taylor Swift concert that weekend. Our stay was nice and Ted, the owner, was very kind and accommodating.

Quiet location. The property has many peaceful areas in the house and garden where you are welcome to relax. Ted the host was exceptionally welcoming and helpful.

The bed could have been more comfortable and the fitted sheet kept slipping off (didn’t fit well). There was a dirty facecloth left in the shower from a previous guest?

Queen beds would have been better. They advertise doubles but this is hard to pay attention to as many books use them interchangeably. Address was not clear.

The fridge organization was a free for all. Lots of others food in there that felt like it might get mixed up even though it didn't. Maybe some instructions on which kitchen and which fridge or microwave to use would be helpful. Maybe a short tour when you do see Ted.

Ted was an amazing host. So helpful and went above and beyond every chance he could. Location to where we where amazing. The master room is the way to go for family or group.
