As would be expected, a bit of a drive to get to restaurants (20 minutes to Alma), but the view and peaceful location is more than worth it.

Absolutely nothing!!

Desi and Darlene are a great couple, and they have put a lot of work into restoring this beautiful home, and making it into a very comfortable B&B! Desi makes an amazing breakfast which he will customize to suit! The view from the front windows or porch shows the extremes of the tides. Pretty amazing. The location is very quiet for a good night's sleep.

As it is a renovated old house, the soundproofing is not the best.

Perfect location for a couple of quiet days. The property sits right at the banks of Shepody River. It was awesome to watch the tide come and go. The lovely hosts truly provide a home away from home, and not just share a lot of history and info about the area, but also serve a good and hearty breakfast. Awesome to sit at the deck and watch the tides and the birds. Hopewell Rocks are roughly 20 mins away, Cape Enrage as well. Access to a nice beach couple of mins down the road (by car). Dark and perfectly quiet nights, loved it!

The couple running the Inn are great, available to share their vast knowledge of the area and are very hospitable. The place is as advertised.Top marks regarding value for money. A little off the main drag, it ensures fresh air and a peaceful rest. I'd stay here again.

Fantastic spot with very interesting history. Wonderful hosts and breakfast was delicious. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. It was a very homey place to stay, perfect for one night before exploring Hopewell Rocks. Highly recommended.

Our hosts were friendly and we felt very welcomed. The house is perfect for bird lovers, we had a good time. The area is very quiet and we had a good night sleep. The room is big enough, clean. Breakfast was delicious and it was a nice time to share and discuss with the hosts and other guests.

I came to Moncton to attend an academic conference, and since my supervisor told me I could take my vacation early and return to Halifax next week, I wasn’t in a rush to head back. I decided to stay nearby and booked an inn to unwind and prepare for my upcoming English exam. In fact, I chose this particular inn because I had stayed here a few years ago. The host is just as friendly and engaging as I remembered, and the food is excellent. The fish was delicious and incredibly fresh, and the fishcakes tasted just as good as they did back then.

Good location in the country, on our route, and very clean. The hosts are extremely affable and friendly, and share much of their home with guests. We had a warm welcome and felt as if we were part of their extended family.

Nothing except that the Booking.com site confusingly states that there are 2 restaurants at the Inn. There aren't, it's purely a B&B albeit a v good one. Breakfast is served in the home's dining room.

The room we chose was small and felt cramped. We also didn't have a view. I assume this was known when we booked, but we didn't read carefully enough.

Dessie and Daphne are wonderful hosts. The location is great. We were served a hearty breakfast and had kitchen privileges if we wanted them. We also enjoyed conversations with the hosts and the other guests who all had breakfast together. There are four rooms, which makes for good company.
