A beautiful place, run by an exceptionally kind person :) You can find relaxation & fun & it's quiet, serene and the wild horses were magical. Lovely stay. Would highly recommend and thank you for the Spirit-healing stay.

    Everything was appreciated.

Mountain Springs Nature Retreat is a magical place. We were captivated by the beauty of the nature that surrounded us. We were lucky enough to encounter a variety of wildlife during our stay (bears, deer, numerous horses and hummingbirds, snakes, and a wide variety of birds). The view of the lake from our room was captivating. Phyllis and her family were warm and calm hosts, clearly passionate about nature, their farm, and their home. The property built by the family is magnificent. We enjoyed feeling secluded in nature while being close to Penticton's outdoor activities. We would definitely have enjoyed staying longer in a place like this. Phyllis is interested in welcoming someone to help maintain her farm, which we think would be a very interesting experience.

For us there wasn't anything we didn't like.

We couldn't have been happier. We needed a place to relax at the end of the day and this fit the bill perfectly.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Great location! Close to the city, but away from the road so that you get to enjoy the nature. Would recommend to bring your own SUP or kayak since the lake at the backyard looks amazing for that!

This place should be called Mountain Springs "Heavenly" Nature Retreat!

Nothing. It was a perfect stay and we could have stayed much longer!!!

This place should be called Mountain Springs "Heavenly" Nature Retreat! That is how you feel when you arrive. A little slice of heaven you get to enjoy! The room was very cute and equipped with anything you might need. Bathroom and common areas were clean and welcoming. Location grounds, with the lake, the organic farm and the beautiful lawn were all so dreamy. Breakfast was very yummy and you could tell love and care went into the preparation of it. The books in the dining area made our stay really interesting too. A highlight for this book worm :) The trails on the property are not maintained but that adds to the charm. BRING A paddle board or kayak - you will want to explore the lake. We saw wild horses and a bear in the mountains from the safety of the lake. Location is close enough to do some wine tours in the region - if you choose to leave at all! Cannot wait to come back. They have plans to expand and have more cabins on site which could be nice also - as long as Phyllis keeps providing that homecooked breaky!

I loved everything. The bed is very firm which my husband likes but for someone like me it was a bit too firm. So just a heads up if you're wary of that. But it's not a negative at all just a preference.

This is the most gorgeous property I've ever seen and our host was so kind and friendly. Your soul will feel at peace here. We hope to return one day.

The home-made granola was amazing. I appreciated there being a tea-pot. My only suggestion would be to also have milk in the breakfast fridge for tea and for those of us the prefer milk on granola. The outdoor spaces for relaxing are amazing! The house is perfectly eclectic - love it too!
