Best location is Mount Saint Hillaire. The convenience stores are very accessible; Easy Parking on premises. Quick check-in, and suggestions for breakfast.

We had problems locking our door. The deadbolt didn't fit well into the hole on the door frame. We had to try it several times & needed to ask for assistance from the manager/desk staff. Also, we had to pay a substantial refundable deposit on our credit card, due to people "trashing" rooms while partying. The parking was quite tricky. We had a small car with us & it took more than one attempt to park in front of our room. The bedspread didn't smell very fresh.

Fairly close to the Highway & restaurants were within walking distance. It was cheaper than most places in the area.

Room was on upper floor, accessible only by outside stairs - would not be accessible for those with mobility issues. Bathroom was very small.

No bathroom fan (had to open window in February), tv only had very basic cable (couldn't even stream phone to tv), "clean" bedsheets had long hairs in it. Didn't expect much for a 100$ room and wasn't impressed going in with low standards.

Hard to get hot water. Had to leave the sink tap on for about 5 minutes. With that in mind I didn't even bother using the shower, which was disturbing. Also there were only 2 English TV stations to watch.

The TV was in the position I liked -- facing the bed so I could lie down and watch TV.

As result of train going just behind they residence You can feel vibration ando noise, not really strong but still something to consider.

Value for the money was good. Basic needs met. Good for one night or two as a transit stay. Great access To Beloeil restaurant highway. Use as a place To sleep. That is it.

Bathroom grout could definitely use some attention but otherwise clean with a good amount of towels.

Good location 5 minutes off the hwy. Easy 10 minute walk to mall with multiple restaurants. Serves the purpose if you need a bed for the night while travelling to or from the east coast through Quebec. Proprietor spoke English and was friendly.

The bathroom was exceedingly small, with it looked like mold along the corners of the ceiling. We had quite a few ants in our room. Some parking places were tight and tricky to get in and out of. There was no coffee maker or kettle available.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. Water pressure was good in the shower. It was in a quiet neighbourhood. There was a small table and 2 chairs, plus microwave and refrigerator.

The bed not facing the TV. It should be switched to face the TV. Neck gets kind of sore by watching the TV sideways. In addition, the shower water should have been a bit stronger. As it is it just comes in a soft splash. Also there was no closet so no place to hang clothes so had to use the shower bar for that.

Started off with being locked out the room due to the card reader breaking....owner tried to get it fixed- offered us a single bedroom but when we went to use the washroom it reeked of cigarettes, there was open alcohol and the bed wasn't made...they had no other room so we waited for them to break into the original room that we were given as our bags were in there this took some time late at night- he eventually broke the lock and we were able to stay there without the door locking properly.- We were promised to be compensated for our troubles and were ghosted despite contacting the property.
