CanadaSide entrance to the North Tower next to the smoking area facing the parking lot was filthy. There was garbage & food all over the ground around the garbage can and on the walkway leading from the door.
Our room in the North Tower was immaculate. House keeping services were exceptional. Food was wonderful.

CanadaThere should be one microwave and smart tv to make it completely comfortable as customers are paying along and it doesn’t make any sense to pay extra for microwave. Plus smart tv is basic these days so that clients can enjoy their stay. Also one of the security person or somebody from staff knocked our door and asked to lower the volume of tv was weird. Even no body complained and it was on normal volume but still she was not supposed to knock our door. Not professional atall. Night duty staff also refused to send some housekeeping stuff we requested in our room and asked to come down to get it.
It’s clean and convenient. Swimming , restaurant , 24hrs ready to eat snack shop available.

I recently stayed at the Hilton in Mississauga and found the room to be spacious with generously sized beds. The bathroom was also fabulous in terms of size, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, making the overall room experience quite pleasant. However, there was no microwave for quick food heating, which was a minor inconvenience. The main issue was the shower in one of the bathrooms. It frequently got blocked and caused the bathtub to fill up. Additionally, the water temperature would change unexpectedly during showers. Although I reported this issue to the receptionist, and the maintenance team was presumably sent to fix it, the problem was never properly resolved.

CanadaCan’t say I disliked anything to be honest. But I noticed that the pool can get very crowded at times. Maybe private swim instructors should not be allowed on the weekends as they block up lanes, leaving guest swimmers floundering in a smaller area.
Well located, cheerful and helpful staff members, bright airy rooms and even though we were on a lower floor, it wasn’t noisy.

We were upgraded to a King bedroom in a quiet tower. It was roomy and had a heavenly bed. I was very happy that the snack bar served Starbucks coffee. The front staff were very helpful and cheery.

CanadaStaff that checked us in was rude when I asked about slide hours as the website and the sheet of paper she handed me had the incorrect hours. Chlorine levels very very high in the pool which was hard on the eyes. Room was made for 4 people yet only 2 chairs in room which made eating room service hard with kids!!
Breakfast was great, most of the staff were great. Kids had fun on the slide. Cleaning staff were fabulous! Always asking if we needed more towels or anything to make our stay more enjoyable.

United StatesTHe breakfast and parking as additional charges is very expensive to be on top of the very high rate charged for the hotel. For Hilton Honors at least this could have been included in the price. I will be considering trying other hotels simply because of all of the additional charges beyond the hotel nightly rate for breakfast and parking. I also found the warer to be four dollars a bottle in the self serve purchase area to be extremely expensive even more than that charged in an airport for water. This needs to be improved and is a real scenario of usury. Who charges 4 dollars for a bottle of water. Not only that everything in the snack store was overpriced exuberantly..
Hotel was great in quality and cleanliness. The staff, specifically one person who helped us was Kamran a Pakistani Canadian who made it super easy for us to extend our stay for another night. I really very much appreciated his help as we were stuck in a winter storm at the hotel from Friday, February 14th to the 17th of 2025 and Kamran was able to add an additional night for us for both connected rooms so that we checked out on Tuesday February 18th after the roads were cleared for us to drive back home to the US. Please give Kamran a five star rating we wouldn't have been able to stay so comfortably if he wasn't able to accommodate us to extend our stay so effortlessly and quickly.

CanadaThey charged us for parking saying they do not own the parking lot even though parking was free all the previous times we stayed there. The hostess was borderline rude about it and put the charge on my card even though we told her we'd pay at the meter. It was sorted out in the end but customer service could have been better.
We've stayed a few times over the years, the hotel is mostly clean (we found an empty bottle under the bed last time we stayed here), mostly quiet, overall met our expectations
