Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesStayed here 3 years ago and it was great. But not so much anymore. Hotel has seen better days. Everything is pretty old and aging poorly.
Convenient location. Riverview room overlooking Maid of Mist and views of falls. Loved the restaurant staff. Sue in the restaurant is an amazing hostess and wait staff. Food was very good and priced fairly. The falls can be seen from the room and are 5 minute walk. Everything else a 10 to 15 mins walk.
