There is no breakfast on offer at the hotel, but there is an attached restaurant.

Nice sized room on the 3rd floor. Quiet air-conditioner. There is a very comfortable easy chair to relax in as well as an office chair and desk. Our room had two sinks. One in the bathroom and one in the main area. The mini fridge ran quietly as well. Also, housekeeping did a quick refresh every day. Everything was kept clean and tidy. Lots of on-site parking and an underground parkade as well. We were visiting relatives in town and the location of this hotel works for us for a convenient location.

Shower did not work well. Dead->bolt on door did not work. Missing weights and not enough towels in the fitness room.

The location was very strategic and accessible. And the staff were awesome.

If they are hosting events in the ballroom, it can affect your ability to sleep. I hope they don’t host noisy events till midnight in the future.

Great value. Not the best area as far as wandering, locals, but as long as you park underground, it is good and secure, and a great value.

There was hardly any hot water and you had to run it forever for it to start to warm up.

I liked the Breakfast, but was only given one food voucher per day. Not sure but me and my son used them both for one day. Had to eat out the second day. The beds were comfortable as well.

I didn’t like that Booking.com advertises a pool in the hotel but there’s no pool! Very disappointed when we showed up to no pool!

I liked that the hotel upgraded our room free of charge because Booking.com is falsely advertising a pool at this hotel.

The card keys kept failing. It happened every single day. We would be trying to open the door several times but failed. We then had to go back to the front desk for a new card that was tedious!

The breakfast was good my only complaint I just did not know you have to ask for banana out they bring bananas out in staggered basis but that's okay they gave me when I asked. The location was the most favorable closest proximity to Keyano College. We attended the convocation where my niece awarded Valedictorian of the grad class 2023 so that was good just a short walking distance

First room tv remote did t work, and smoke detector was beeping. Second room the heater clicked on and off every 10 seconds. Thermostats was unresponsive. Coffee station had no crème or sugar. Limited parking near the room. Continatal breakfast was not available until after 7:30.

I stay here whenever I am in Fort McMurray. I was really disappointed when I went down for breakfast that they were no longer offering breakfast. They told me it was due to supply shortages due to the wildfires so I was okay with that. The lady who helped when I checked out told me that it was because the restaurant contract had changed. So, i was a little frustrated that I had been given 2 different reasons and that I had still been charged the same rate. If breakfast is no longer offered, then I suppose I need to look for a different place.
