Our rooms on the main floor are particularly convenient, and for future visits we recommend our Deluxe King rooms, Executive Suite, or Superior rooms for a spacious and comfortable experience. The historic character of our hotel, dating back to 1835, allows us to offer 35 rooms, each unique in size and personality, scattered throughout the property. Rainy days can be the perfect opportunity to explore the many museums and attractions within walking distance, and our team is always happy to provide lists, directions, and tips to make the most of your visit. The communication we had was about extending your stay, which was available for your dates, rather than shortening it. We are truly sorry if we fell short in clarifying this at the time. As for parking, we completely understand it can be a bit different here in our historic quarter, where the charming streets were built long before cars existed. We are proud to offer reserved parking options within a two to three minute walk from the hotel, all with unlimited in-and-out privileges. We do recommend securing a parking pass in advance to guarantee availability. We are sorry you experienced noise from nearby rooms. Being a heritage building dating back to 1835, each of our 35 rooms is unique, and we always do our best to match guests with the most suitable option for their needs. Had we known during your stay, we would have been more than happy to explore different room options to make you more comfortable.
