Our room was large and comfortable and the staff were particularly helpful and friendly. We were able to store our bikes safely, and we explored the city with both the bikes, and if we were going further out of the city, with the car.

There were a bunch of teenagers and parents staying at the hotel that were in a ball tournament. The teenagers were running around the hotel, extremely loud, noisy, rambunctious, with no parental supervision as they were all drinking in each others rooms. The staff did the best they could to control the situation but the overall experience with loud, out of control teenagers running through the halls yelling, slamming doors, being totally disrespectful to other patrons of the hotel while the parents were no where around was horrible. If you are going to rent out a pile of rooms to teenagers and their parents you should make sure you have enough staff working to control the situation or hold the parents accountable for letting their children run around a hotel while they have drinking parties

There is no lift/elevator. I struggled to haul my suitcase up & then down the stairs.

Very accessible to the highway and a couple shopping malls, but far from the Centre of town. Good for a transit stay to somewhere else. The room was spacious and comfortable with an air conditioner capable of producing arctic blasts!

As others have mentioned, this hotel is in need of a major overhaul. We were dismayed when we arrived to see what disrepair the parking lot and front entrance were. Also, the carpeting etc. was also very shabby and we were surprised to find out that there is no elevator! The restaurant has so much potential with its amazing view of the city etc. Our room and bed were comfortable, quiet and clean. We had breakfast there which was adequate.

Over priced. It was ok, but the price was high. Seems like they take advantage of people just arriving off the ferry by charging and inflated price.

Just off the highway, good place to stay if you are arriving off the afternoon ferry. Restaurant on site.

Breakfast was NOT included. Almost every other hotel in this price range includes it. The front driveway/entrance and the parking lot are pathetic and in desperate need of repair and paving.

The property seems to be on the outskirts of town~ a bit far from the town center. You would need a car to get around. Would be nice if they had a ramp or some way for the people in a wheel chair to get to the restaurant .

Our room was clean and well presented . The bedspread was attractive, bedding comfortable and the TV had a great picture. There was some nice seating for watching TV . I liked that the toilet and shower was separate from the mirror and vanity . We really enjoyed the large ( seemed new) shower . Our room was very quiet in the evenings . The AC worked well . There was a lovely dining room on the premises ( very handy). It was exceptionally good. No need to leave the location because you aren’t likely to find any better . Again, they could use a ramp so people in a wheelchair could access this dining room with such. Great view Check in/ out was seamless. Heather at the front desk was very helpful and friendly .

The stairs to carry luggage was 13 steep stairs however the staff carried them up for us but we had to carry them down. The air conditioning was loud and never worked properly. The lighting was poor.

It was close to the highway, had a decent restaurant on site. Nice night staff, they had the wrong name and address but when we cleared the info up they found a room for us. The man behind the counter carried our heavy luggage up the stairs and came and replaced the batteries in the thermostat so we could turn on the air conditioner. He told us how to use the remote as there is a trick to it. The beds were comfortable and the room a nice size and pretty clean.
