The dinning room was small for the huge crowd that stayed in the hotel. There was a queue every morning to get food.

The room was very clean and well cared for. The breakfast was good.

Breakfast is very nice though it is quite basic compared to BW in EU. Carpets, best not to have them in hotels. My room suffered from mild humming noise; suspect it is joined bathroom ventilation ducts that make this noise. Lucky for me I was very tired each day so managed to sleep without issues due to this noise.

Room was large and comfy, breakfast from 6:00AM is excellent idea, quick to check in and check out, close to airport. Plenty of parking space.

The shuttle from the airport kept me waiting 45 minutes instead of the 5 to 10 minutes I was told. Excuse from driver didn't make sense since I was the only passenger at the airport needing the shuttle and why did the driver tell me she would be there to pick me up in 5 to 10 minutes. I called her back after 35 minutes and questioned her and she said she got busy? I don't buy that and I was very disappointed in that response.

It was a great place to stay. I would definitely stay here again if needed

I did not like that the fill-valve on the toilet in room 234 was broken and the toilet tank refilled itself constantly during the night. Was noisy and disruptive. Also, the kitchen is poorly equipped- only 1 fork and no kettle for boiling water. Although there is a microwave you can boil water if you want. Also, nobody knows that the tap water is safe to drink- would be nice to know as a guest! More tea choices would be great- terribly limited choices- see photo. The worst was the bedding. All polyester and when I got into bed my hair got electrified and stood up all over the place from static. The comforter is a sad excuse of a comforter and it looks like a table cloth is placed on the bed. Come on Best Western- for the price I paid I can expect a proper duvet cover and not plastic stuff! The glasses were placed all the way to the back of the top cupboard!! How can someone reach them? I am 5’4 and struggled! No cups in the bathroom.

The property is very accessible from the airport. They have a shuttle to pick you up even at midnight, but you have to call them. Shuttle bus driver was very helpful and friendly! The room was spacious and pretty clean and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the lamps with the plug-in and charging options! So handy! The person at the breakfast buffet was very helpful to bring gluten free bread, but compared to the buffets usually offered this gave slim pickings. No vegetable options for more health conscious people, just the usual sugary breakfast stuff! But still, they provided pretty good gluten-free bread, which I appreciated!

the front staff at check in. Will avoid her next time. And next time I will contest the price what she charged. I just booked online at maybe 9 pm and by 11 pm the price jumps up. I was tired and wanted to sleep. would think it might be cheaper considering the time.

They charged more than what was quoted. The night person has ugly attitude when asking a question because of her assumptions. Good clean place. Nice pool and great breakfast.

I was satisfied this trip and really would not have changed anything. We were all very comfortable and well taken care of

There is no sponge in the kitchen, to use for washing dishes manually. Because we only used 2 plates and 1 bowl. We didn’t used the dishwasher because it’s only 3 item we need to wash.

I like the room and the front desk person they are approachable. All are very good.

Nothing we disliked. No complaints. Minor confusion with the names of the booking. I booked through booking.com for two rooms under my name. There was a section that said I can put the name of the person staying in the second room in the app. So I put my brother’s name. But at the hotel everything was done under his name (reservation, documents etc) and even the emails and messages came to (and continue to come to my email address) his name and not to me. Although the entire booking was under my name, and I made the full payment.

Property was clean and comfortable. Rooms were spacious. We had two rooms with a queen bed, sofa bed and a kitchenette. The kitchenette had plates, cups, and cutlery. Bathrooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. The location was closer to the airport I believe, so would make sense for anyone going to the airport. For us, it was just a bit out of the way from everything. But it’s not a complain or a problem with the hotel, just that we didn’t realize this when we booked. :)

We had a wonderful 2 nights there!. Loved the kitchenette with the room.

It was great!! The food prep gentleman worker was super nice and I spilled my juice at the table and floor, he said no worries and moved us to another table
