Delightful suite! Beautiful gardens, fantastic view and nice breeze on the veranda. The 2 bedroom layout is roomy and well designed, decor tasteful and artwork enjoyable. Beds are comfortable, and despite location abutting a busy street, surprisingly quiet. Kitchen well appointed and easy to use. The suite is very clean and well managed; the hosts available and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

A few times we could hear footsteps from above (not too bothersome). Keep in mind that this lovely unit is on a very steep hill overlooking the Frasier River. We arrived by the Skytrain and walked uphill from there. It’s a loooong hill all the way up. (1.4km with an altitude gain of 100 metres (328 ft). On the other hand it’s an easy walk down, and we enjoyed the skytrain in to downtown)

Very clean and well stocked. (Don’t bring any olive oil ;) The covered deck over looking the garden was beautiful. The inside decor was very nice and clean. There even slippers for the guests to use.

Although the location is good for walking, it is not imminently near anything.

The room was much more spacious than expected, It also didnt feel like a quite, due to the windows and views. It would be perfect with my kdis as well, who did not make this trip. Full kitchen, two sizable rooms. Definitely a great spot. LOcation is good for walking.

There is nothing I didn't like about this beautiful suite!

Very clean, easy access to New Westminster and city center, beautiful river views, travel to Surrey and downtown Vancouver via bus and Skytrain (or car if rented), access to washer/dryer and supplies for bathroom and bedroom. It is also a warm and cozy apartment with full kitchen for cooking, coffee and tea.

Needed a lit makeup mirror ( yeah, I am choosy) and more initial instruction about availability of different pillows, blankets and even softer mattress surfaces (which I needed but did not ask for).

I liked the size of the apartment and the covered deck, which gave good outdoor views and sun access. The location close, after a short walk, to a specialty grocery store and bakery was good, with minimal climbing. If you are driving it is convenient because quite close to a major road. Facilities that are needed to live were almost complete. Nice windows and heating system. Great place. Our hostess was completely courteous.

Lovely Airbnb in New Westminster … 2 bedroom, 1 bath, private deck, everything you need in the kitchen including coffee and tea, beds are soo comfortable and literally a 10 minute walk to restaurants, park etc. And the best part is the daily rate is cheaper than a basic hotel room! The hosts are lovey! IKEA is 15 min away.

Be aware the house number is on 8th Ave and easily missed but directions are great.

A great spacious place to stay conveniently located close to the sky train and restaurants in the near vacinity. It was nice to have extra space to relax and chat with views of the river.

Some train noise at night although the train is not really nearby, that is just noise from down near the river. There is a hospital near Sapperton Station so you might hear a siren or two, not a huge problem.

Jiana was a very good hostess! The personal deck was fantastic! The bug-screens and easy-to-use window blinds were good to have and all we needed to control temperature. A/C was also available. The laundry room near the bathroom was a great extra! The dining area next to the kitchen and living room was great! The kitchen was excellent for cooking with free pasta sauce, spices, oils. Large fridge and lots of free coffee (grinds its own beans) and tea. Just up the hill from Sapperton station, with two buses running to Skytrain stations. The bedrooms and beds were large, with slippers and plenty of towels and pillows. The sofa bed was pretty good. The TV worked well with lots of channels and was also easy to watch from the dining table, which had good chairs for doing that. The Wi-Fi was great (and we had two teenagers with us). It was very cozy with an awesome view of the river from the personal deck!
