Basic cable with only a couple channels to watch, no DVD player or movie access of any kind available.

Sadly the bed in the second bedroom is VERY uncomfortable :( I actually had a sore shoulder for two days after sleeping on that mattress. It needs a new mattress and a bedside table for your phone. The second bed is probably fine for a child. The kitchen needs new knives. We could barely cut up an apple because the knives were dull. And it needs a new frying pan. It was scratched up and if I see metal scratched off I won't use it. I understand people don't care for things in rentals, and they steal good pans, so I get why it was like that.

This rental was AMAZING!!!! It saved our trip. It was SO nice to stay in this apartment after being in hotels for several days. We were so pleasantly surprised that the apartment was equipped with the following: paper towel, kleenex, some hot cereal, coffee, tea, laundry soap, hand pump soap at both sinks and wifi. The laundry machines are brand new and wonderful! The location is FANTASTIC! 5-10 minutes to downtown and 4 minutes to a 24 hour Sobey's. We LOVED the Sobey's. Lots of good veg and fruit and hot food options. It was roomy and comfortable. Host was lovely and available by text. Loved that this was a basement because it was nice and cool and dark at night in the summer so perfect for sleeping. And it was quiet. The bed in the first bedroom is VERY comfortable!

The apartment was a bit shabby, laminate coming off cupboards , broken leg on kitchen chair , toilet seat cracked and chipped and rusty microwave.Lighting terrible, needed stronger globes so you could see at night. TV hard to work and there were no instructions. Overall down at heel feel to it.

It had a washing machine and dryer, comfortable beds and host was responsive.

It’s a basement suite which has never mentioned in the listing. Can’t find the owner when we got there, have to talk to the tenant and call the landlord for key PW.

There were no regular pillows in the second bedroom. The kitchen was not well supplied and the coffee maker did not work well. We found dishes in the cupboard that were not clean. The lock on the outside door handle got stuck and we had a difficult time opening the door from the inside. There were no directions for the television. It would also be helpful to know what is recyclable.

The beds and the couch were very comfortable. Bed linen was clean. It was wonderful to have laundry facilities.

It was perfect. 5 stars!!

It was cozy, very clean, had everything we needed and more. Perfect when we arrived after a long exhusting flight. Neighbourhood was beautiful and location perfect (near Avalon mall). We absolutely loved our stay!
