Very bright, high ceilings, right in the heart of Old Quebec, fully equipped apartment ideal for a small family.

Elevator was not working the 3 nights we were there so trekking up stairs with luggage was difficult. Weirdly they have a Nespresso machine but don’t offer any pods. Pull out bed did not have bedding or pillows so we had to ask for extra. The first night we ended up having to use a sheet and pillow from the main bedroom to go to bed. So attention to some additional details would be a way to improve.

Great location inside the walls of the old city and easy to walk around. Lovely large open space. Lovely older building with lots of character

Could have a couple of more forks and knives. Didn’t have table spoons and desert plates. Bath area grout could see some mold spray. All the rest was amazing!

LOCATION is amazing, don’t need car for anything. Staff were really great and fas with responses. Washer and dryer saved us, kitchen very well equipped, charming place!

We loved everything about this property. Located rice in the centre of the old town on one of the most vibrant streets, you really are in the heart of it. Our apartment was airy light clean with lots of space. My son loved the mezzanine. Everything was perfect. It really is a great place to stay.

There are a million light switches and hard to get a grasp on which ones were for what lights. Oddly, the switch for the loft space is on the first floor. During this time of the year, the sun rises VERY early. While the windows had curtains, they were not black out and the top portion was not covered, so I was woken up between 430-445am each morning. Wi-fi was very spotty.

Getting access to the property was easy. I liked not having to carry around a key. Location was great. It was on a busy street but because of the location of the apartment, it wasn't noisy (Back of building on 3rd floor.) Appreciate having an elevator. We had an issue with the shower and they were quick to react. Appreciate not having to do any check-out tasks like you sometimes have to in apartment rentals. Full-size washer AND dryer.

The location is superb, right in the heart of the Old City of Quebec. The apartment is huge with a fully equipped kitchen. Spacious, modern and clean. The washing machine in our unit wasn't working and I was given access to the apartment opposite in between occupancy to be able to use the machine. The Lofts has several locations as we discovered when walking in other areas, but this location couldn't be bettered.

More attention to cleaning under the couch it was quite dusty - I saw it because I dropped an earring otherwise I would not have seen it! Everything else was great!

I love the location, that there is an elevator, the option of a bathtub and shower, the very spacious apartment, it was quite and peaceful although located on the Main Street! I truly loved Apartment 302!

Bathtub was very hard to get in and out for a short person. Wouldn’t have minded having a roll of paper towels to help keep the place clean.

All the of rooms could use anti-slip mats in the tubs :) The espresso maker had the wrong size pods, yikes! Thankfully there was a coffee maker.

This is my second time staying with Les Lofts in Quebec and always a great experience! Having a place right in the mix in the old city was perfect.

No personal parking. However plenty of public lots including underground close by.

Location!! It was as close to everything. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and landmarks. Apartment was very clean and well taken care of, comfortable and had all the necessities.

Code for check in was sent right on time. Prior to stay, several of my questions were answered promptly. The location was absolutely ideal and the apartment was appointed with everything that we needed for our stay. Ample towels and a full kitchen were perfect.

Coffee machine was not working, shower poorly designed (total exposure to living room and neighbors).
