The floor of the room was wet. Not sure if it was from the humidity or a/c since we were on the ground floor.

The location was far enough from the activities going on downtown, but also close enough to be able to enjoy the area.

No breakfast opportunity, few standard electric outlets with no USB plugs. At the end of the main street so a little long walking distance to some of commerce.

Spacious rooms , comfortable beds, good bath and shower, easy parking.

Air conditioner/ heater not working and need more hangers in the closet.there were 3 only. Too much information required from me PRIORto my arrival ex date of birth, car colour etc.

Liked the size of the room , the beds and kitchenette.

I especially was disappointed by the parking lot view. It would have been nice to have a breakfast room and a restaurant. The TV in the bedroom didn't work.

I liked the clean and spacious room. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Beside the highway, very noisy. Beds were not very comfortable. Wifi connection extremely weak. Refrigerator not very cold. Coffee in rooms is awful House cleaning coming into the room when we were out (in the booking it didn’t say that house cleaning would come daily)

They charged me twice. Difficult to contact somebody. Sent email with the double charges, no response. Was told the reimbursement would not be until October 17, stayed there September 27. Not happy!

Our room was DIRTY, almost gross. We found chocolate bar wrappers (1 kit kat and the other was Aero bar. The bathroom was filthy. The bathtub had pink mold around the drain, the stainless parts of the bathroom had not been cleaned for months of that I am sure. We could still see previous customers fingerprints, palm prints, et all. There was mold in the bathtub, a ring of filth around the bathtub so I told my children not to take a shower and to use the bathroom as little as needed. For a "3 star hotel" I was expecting our room to be totally cleaned like vacuum the floor... But the ENTIRE floor/carpet done. Same with the bathroom. I shouldn't have to go to Super C and buy cleaning products to clean my "3 star hotel bathroom".

The front desk gentleman that was there was super nice and the beds were quite comfortable. The location was also a big plus

We arrived and had to ask to get our bed sheets to be changed because they were dirty but then we noticed that the nightstand was dirty too and there were some used Utensils behind the nightstand. Also the internet didn't work at all for most of the night and neither the fridge or the fireplace worked...

We were able to check in quite early!

The rooms could have been cleaner, like the walls and spaces that you don't see right away. And the beds/pillows weren't the most comfortable. The WiFi wasn't very strong.

I loved the patio entrance right where the car was parked, and having a little balcony if you're in the second floor. The hot tub and the pool was great, especially after skiing /snowboarding. I liked the mini fridge and microwave and even had a few dishes with dish soap. In all, great value, location wise, good, everything is close in Saint-Sauveur, it's a super small town.

« Kitchenette » is a bit of an exaggeration but there was a fridge and microwave in the room. No toaster and no toaster available at front desk.

Pretty clean, renovated bathrooms, no carpets in the room is great for asthmatic people.

The staff is attentive and friendly. We stayed here because it is close to family, but it's a nice comfortable place where we we've been before and would come again. We didn't stay long enough to experience breakfast or swimming pool. Parking is very convenient.
