Poor lighting in the washroom and our room was on the third floor, which was a long walk to the elevator with our bags. No breakfast until 7am.

It was conveniently located close to the highway and was quiet.

While check-in was friendly, staff seem fairly disinterested beyond that. My wife asked for a bowl and they couldn't provide one because the restaurant is independent. Location is 6 km away from downtown on a highway, so not very walkable at all.

They let us keep our bikes in the room and gave us a ground floor unit. Pool and hot tub were nice to have. Big fridge in the room and coffee in the lobby.

One lampe in the room did not work. Ice machine on third floor not functional. Corridors smell musty and are not well aerated (smells like old buildings and stale smoke), though the rooms themselves are fine.

Extremely friendly and professional staff! Lots of free parking and located in a quiet area. The pool and jacuzzi are nice!

Limited amenities. Beverage area coffee selection at check in Restaurant was closed (open for break only for the time being), For the price, a continental breakfast would have been nice. Muffin. Toast anything to grab and go . US-C OR USB outlets would have been nice to have in room. Even a power bar with modern plug in connection for today's electronics would do.

We would have liked a bar on the premises as we had a total of 9 family members staying there (5 total rooms) and would have enjoyed a place for all of us to spend time together within the hotel.

The breakfast was excellent and the wait staff were very professional and courteous.

The carpets! Get rid of them. They were damp and disgusting. Pool overcrowded on Saturday night, no surveillance. I booked this hotel because it said it had ev chargers, just to find out they were basic 120volts household plugs. Useless This place has potential but needs love and renovations. Beds were awful. No breakfast included, the restaurant in hotel was expensive and not worth it.

Pool was nice. Access to outside pathways via patio doors on first floor.

Room was too noisy. I could hear noise from the hall, and the heater in the room was too loud which made it harder to fall asleep and woke me up a couple of times when it turned on in the night

Booked the hotel with booking.com and when I want to leave a day early, the hotel told me I had to go through booking.com and that was impossible. Never will I book anything with booking.com.

A dirty glass with (small old) bits of lipstick stain that I was able to smudge off. The continental breakfast size and offering has been changed making it not as interesting. I am thinking back a couple of years to what it was. We have been going to Le Président for many years.

It was quiet, clean and well maintained. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. Comfortable, and the pool is nice.

Very nice. Clean room, but hot tube was broken. We booked at this location because we wanted a place with an indoor hot tub to relax after our long drive. It was a bit of an disappointment

Massif road work around the hotel making the access quite busy / crowded at time. The hotel looks quite old and the room would benefit from refurbishment. It's said that the hotel propose a continental breakfast.. that's not really the case .. very limited option (muffin or croissant under plastic protection) and coffee for 10$. no room for breakfast. Does not match the expected standard of the hotel

The location of the hotel, not that far from downtown and mall. The pool is a good surprise. A good option for a couple of days.

The room was very far from the reception, the furniture is pretty old, we got a backyard facing room and the backyard had a jungle with only a glass door between the room and the jungle, kind of scary, also the backyard was open easily accessible on foot by anyone from the parking hence didn’t feel very secure

An aging hotel in need of updates. No plugs by the bed for your phone. Old decor. Smell of chlorine from the pool. Understaffed at the front. The iron had some gunk on it that stained our shirt. Unusable Completely unwalkable location
