Great location! Perfect spot for those who love food-close to many restaurants. Clean and cute area. Easy access to the port and Chinatown. Almost everything we did on our trip was walking distance from our hotel.

Really good location, next to food, sights and the river. The hotel itself has 3 great spots to eat and drink. Rooftop patio is fantastic with panoramic views. The room was great. Good size and nice comfy bed.

Be prepared for loud construction noise starting BEFORE 7 a.m., which makes it impossible to sleep in.

The king room was big with an ultra comfortable bed. The location in Old Montreal is simply unbeatable, and watching the sunset from the rooftop bar was amazing! The staff were also very nice.

We stayed at least one year before and find the staff to be outstanding, the location perfect, convenient to subway, old and new city. They have a lovely roof terrace bar/restaurant with capable bartenders and are attentive to all your needs.

Although it is out of the control of the staff, the noise of the bars letting out at 3:30 am and the honking of the taxis until 4 am is worth noting. Turning the room AC on high does a good job to drown out the noise

The hotel was great and the location was fantastic! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Mo, our valet was fantastic! Ladies at the front desk were already great with answering all our questions and providing restaurant suggestions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends

It would have been nice to be able to make a cup of tea in our room and the coffee machine was quite fiddly to use. There also appeared to be no facility to plug in our electric toothbrushes - although it could be that we are just not familiar with the North American system.

The room was very spacious and clean, the bed and bathroom were very comfortable and the location was exceptional. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We also had drinks on the roof top terrace bar which is a lovely location and the drinks were great. The hotel gym was also fairly well-stocked for a hotel gym and reasonably well-maintained.

Staff were welcoming, professional and attentive. Housekeeping staff deserve a special mention for attention to detail and quality of service. Hotel is in a fantastic location central to old montreal but we still had a quiet room. Everything was spotlessly clean. Would recommend and would stay again!

The brasserie had pretty limited options for breakfast but was lovely for dinner. Would have loved a la carte croissants, fruit, etc. Room service took a long time to arrive and didn't get order correctly (50 minutes for tea, cheese plate and cake slice) and accidentally only sent tea for one instead of two)

The bed was amazing! Everything from the pillow to the mattress and sheets, robes and towels were lovely and very comfortable. I felt like I was in a luxury hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. One of my favorite hotel experiences in Montreal after more than 30 years of travel to the city.

The room had all the amenities. In including slippers and house coat. The Nespresso coffee in the room is also a nice touch.

The hotel was so much better than I expected. The room was extremely comfortable; the staff was delightful, and the Brassiere restaurant was wonderful. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone1
