Well it was little weird vibe for me. It was the feeling that is unclean more then it was unclean. We found a hair on the pillow, well that happens, but still somehow...

Early check-in was really amazing. We landed in the morning and were really exhausted and as we asked for early check-in they checked us in at 8:30 which was amazing

The property was fine but it could but the carpets in the hallways were dirty and threadbare, it could use new carpeting. Some of the towels were also threadbare and torn.

It was clean. We selected this location as it was outside of Montreal but easily accessible to the city. Good access to highways.

The front desk staff didn’t come across as very friendly. While breakfast is included, the selection is very limited — not quite up to par with other hotels at a similar level. The hotel surroundings are under construction, but there was no clear signage, which made it difficult to find, especially at night.

The exterior design of the hotel is quite nice compared to others in the same category. It’s relatively convenient to get to downtown Montreal, and the value for money is fair. It’s also a plus that they offer EV charging on site.

The room is comfortable and the staff is very friendly. There's a SuperC just across the street.

There's only stairs to carrying big luggages is not ideal, the halls smelt like cigarettes and one of the receptionist had quite an attitude - saying that the rest were very helpful. The bathroom toilet also did not have a lock and sometimes the flushing was not working properly. Finally the Wi-Fi was not working in the room very well.

We travelled for the F1 as a group and staying at this hotel was quite handy, the location is based just outside west of downtown which is roughly a 15min uber and is same price as public transport if shared. The hotel room itself was nice, clean, a safe provided and working AC. There was a kitchen with breakfast room provided included in the stay. There was daily housekeeping which was done very well.

The location is not bad but a bit far from tourists places (if this is the purpose of your trip). There is an access door to be opened with the room key but it opens even not using the key! Safety is not a problem but if the resource is there it should work!

The attitude of the reception staff was not at all welcoming. The hotel was very difficult to access due to road works, but no effort was made to place signs to assist. The bathroom was a little dirty. The room was no smoking, but smelt of cigarettes. The air conditioner was not operating.

The pillows were very uncomfortable. They were too thick and too hard which resulted in a crick in my neck. The breakfast is free, but it could have been a little bit more varied.

The pillows were awful. Never had worse pillows anywhere. Like they had chunks of separate blocks of foam randomly placed inside.

Breakfast wasn’t great. The decor was very dated.

This was good for one night. I appreciated the noon checkout after a late flight. Close to the airport. Easy access to buses into the city. My room was spotless and comfortable. Staff were kind and held my bag for the day while I was out.
