Air conditioner unit was a bit loud.

Breakfast was excellent, rooms were clean, there was a very nice patio to sit on, and the area was very walkable - it was fun to explore!

Soundproofing was not great - it was easy to hear the other guests on our floor and the noise from upstairs.

Location is fabulous. Host is responsive and welcoming. The back patio is gorgeous! The room, bathroom, and bedding was very clean. Amazing value, perfect for a short stay in Montreal.

Nothing, maybe some aspects of the room could be improved but it’s an old-ish house so it makes sense.

Nice B&B close to everything - metro included - quiet. Nice host. Our room also had a little kitchen. There’s also a common kitchen with some snacks available and that’s also where the breakfast is served. there’s a patio where you can eat your breakfast in the morning, loved it.

The shower is very small and there are steep stairs into the bathroom. It was fine for us but might be an issue for someone with mobility issues.

Super comfortable, nice and cool in the very hot Montreal summer! Very quiet, spacious and bright. Staff are great and so is breakfast.

I didn’t get the best room, with a small window towards the street. But no problem, as the terrace is really nice - find something similar in Montreal!

The hosts are super welcoming, accessible and the breakfast is something to look forward to.

This isn't a dislike per se, however if your suitcase is of the bigger size it can be a bit difficult navigating the stairs as they are very narrow.

Great quiet location & close to restaurants & pubs. Great host & very comfortable bed. Good variety of food for breakfast.

The listing suggested that breakfast would be made for you and you would get an omelette and nice fruit, the reality is a small kitchen with a mini fridge and just an old dirty egg steamer. Eggs left out on top of a toaster. Pastries that were wrapped in plastic. Fruit was small oranges and a few bananas. I like that there was food but none of it was appealing.

I felt that some of the furniture was a little old and past its best. If it was replaced with lighter, more modern furniture, the room would be much more attractive.

The host, Yoyo, is lovely. She provided a wonderful cooked breakfast and fruit on both days that I was there. Communication with her was great - she's a wonderful host. The bed was gorgeous.

Delivered outside our door, coffee maker outside our door in a small self service area (this is post covid, they previously had us upstairs in their apartment).

If you are staying in room three or four, there should be notice given that you’re not gonna sleep past 8 AM! The little breakfast bar is just outside these rooms, and the doors aren’t close to being soundproof so it’s quite noisy because all the other guests come to eat there. Not a big deal unless someone is wanting to sleep in!

Great breakfast, enjoyed all the choices that were available. Nice big room, and the location couldn’t be beat. For the price, it was a very fair exchange!

The shared spaces indoors can get a bit cramped if everyone is using it at once.

Owners were very helpful and friendly. The property is in a good location with easy access to public transportation. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. They let us keep our bags in the room after checkout since our departure wasn’t until later. I would highly recommend this B&B and would stay again in the future.

Nothing really, although it took a while before I stopped kicking the sharp tiled corner of the raised toilet area in the bathroom!

Eating the home-made breakfast in the garden was a real joy. The place in general was calm and relaxing, but just a short walk from a metro station, so I could be in downtown Montréal in 15 minutes.

We had a wonderful stay at this b&b in Montreal. The family was incredibly accommodating and friendly, providing us with helpful tips for parking in the area. The breakfast was generous and thoughtfully catered to our dietary restrictions. We only stayed for one night, but it was perfect for our needs. Highly recommended!

The floor was really creaky and had an air bubble right by the door. No air con so got hot, although the fan was good.

I could see the room potentially becoming very warm in the summer months.

Definitely a B&B. Lovely breakfast, very comfy bed. Good location near the metro. it's in a bohemian artsy neighborhood but very quiet. Wifi was strong and reliable. Also loved the fridge in the room.
