One of the rooms we booked (506) needs a new TV as the TV always had a blue back light regardless of changing the settings. The mattress is also in need of replacing as it sloped to one side. The breakfast leaved something to be desired. Blueberry muffins didn't taste like blueberry muffins and the water from the machine tasted like pond water. Many of our party didn't eat breakfast and we ended up going out for breakfast somewhere else. The crib that was provided, was too small for my 15 month old daughter so I ended up having to co-sleep with her.

The staff were very helpful and efficient. Check-in and check-out was seamless. The rooms were clean and bright. Really like the addition of the fridge and the microwave in the room as it helped to make the bottles for my daughter and to keep her snacks and milk cold. Jacuzzi tub was also really nice and was used several time by all of us.

Breakfast spread could be better. It was very limited and not a lot of option for vegan and vegetarians.

Room was huge, well litt and bed was comfortable. Main attraction was the hot tube in the room, very relaxing.

Our reception was awful really. We arrived around 12:30 and I went to ask if we could park there, and I said to her, I know we can’t check in until 4 pm, but I wondered if we could park there, or if we could pay earlier or whatever. There was never any hello, welcome, can I help you, when I asked about parking, there was a big long silence, then a, that’s fine, let me get you checked in and you will be called when the room is ready. No thank you for booking with us, enjoy your day, see you soon, nothing. Then when we did check in, after a 25 min wait, our stay went well. Also when we booked, we knew there was a king and sofa bed, and they knew, but no blankets, pillows or anything were left for the sofa bed. Since we got back late, we made do with what we had, but it was disappointing and made for an uncomfortable cool night for my son. She made us feel so unwelcome, like we were bothering her. Anyways, we made do and still had a good experience.

We stayed there in 2023 and had a great experience and decided to bring our son back again. We enjoy its proximity to all things the falls, it’s clean, that it has a pool, and fairly priced.

Bathroom toilet flushing buttons needed better cleaning and disinfecting as it had brown stuff caked around the buttons. Tissue box was empty.

Parking was easy. Convenient location close to the entertainment district yet quiet. Just a 10-15 min walk to the falls. Check in was fast and staff were super friendly. The room had a comfortable sitting area for families totally separate from the sleeping area. Amenities such as a pool, fitness center, refrigerator in room and breakfast were included. Breakfast was busy but the staff did a great job of keeping everything clean and well stocked.

Some mornings it was difficult to get a seat at breakfast . I did not want to be up early on vacation for 7am when breakfast started . No restaurant on site so it would be nice if breakfast was extended a bit later to give more time to come down for breakfast and spread out the peak time .

The hotel is fairly close to Clifton Hill , but also 10 min drive to restaurants that are away from the main tourist area. Everything is easy to get to . Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We stayed at this hotel as a family and booked three rooms for two nights, with three vehicles that needed parking. The check-in experience was pleasant — the lady at the front desk was friendly and provided us with parking permits, which stated $20 plus tax and noted validity until 2 PM on our checkout day. However, upon receiving the receipt by email after checkout, we were surprised to find we had been charged $44 per vehicle, rather than the $20 plus tax we had expected. Nowhere on the permit or during check-in was it clearly stated that this charge was per night — we reasonably assumed it covered the full stay, especially since the pass only mentioned the checkout date and time. With three cars, this added up quickly. When we raised this issue with the manager, we were told there was nothing he could do. Unfortunately, this left a negative impression, as we could have easily parked elsewhere for a lower cost had the policy been clearly communicated. Additionally, my husband needed to attend to some work during our stay and was disappointed to learn that access to the business center came with an extra charge. This was the first hotel we’ve stayed at that charges for basic use of the business center, which felt unreasonable. As a result, he had to complete his work from the lobby, which wasn’t ideal.

The location was great: one of the main reasons we chose to stay here. The breakfast selection was good, especially the fresh waffles. The housekeeping service was good and replenished anything that we needed. The microwave in the lobby was convenient. The daytime staff was friendly. The rooms are clean, but a bit outdated.
