Nothing - we liked it all.

This was a two night stopover between being in Glacier Park and heading up to Banff National Park and it was a lovely stay. The hotel was easy to find, check in smooth, the room comfortable and well equipped and the staff were lovely. We had a great couple of days in Waterton which is a really lovely, relaxing place with some beautiful places nearby to explore.

The breakfast was expensive and the didn’t know how to boil eggs.

We had a balcony over the eating area so we got a good view. Location was great for walking the paths. The ceiling was vaulted, so it did feel expansive.

Front desk clerks could use an upgrade. Perhaps more friendly, speak louder and more clearly, say hello and goodbye offer to answer any questions, stand up while talking to you. Perhaps some hospitality management training would be helpful.

Location and facilities are good. Restaurant is decent, but prices are high. Need more help.

The dinner we had in the Pub, eggplant Parmesan was not good. The waitress tried to give a a discount but was overrided by her boss.

They were having problem with the person in line ahead of us and it took almost 45 minute to check in.

The bathroom in one of the rooms was locked which was inconvenient and held us up on check in .

Breakfast was good quality. We had to pay for it though. Dinner was good quality too. My husband loved his salmon. Complimentary cookies and tea set were a nice touch The view of the balcony was lovely

We arrived may 9 at 1pm. The lady at the reception needs to be trained. She was not friendly at all. We didn't feel welcome. No words like "welcome to the hotel or how was your journey". Only you are to early . Check in is at 4pm. We don't have ready rooms. Which I didn't believe her. There are better words to say it kindly! The young man at the check out was perfect. " Did you have a pleasant stay? I wish you a safe journey. Just perfect on may 11th.

The mattresses were fantastic. The service staff were very kind and friendly. That was perfect.

It’s a very noisy building. I suspect it is the sound of air in the ductwork.

Entire staff, from front desk, to Bar servers and everyone in between, was super friendly. Having drinks on the deck in the evening and morning sipping drinks and gazing at the lake. Doesn't get better than this. :)

The young woman at the reception wasn't very friendly and even sighed after one of our requests at check-in.

Clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel. We stayed there for two nights. We really enjoyed the on-site restaurant with the friendly staff. Thanks to this hotel being open in winter (there are very few of them, 2 only?), we were able to enjoy exploring the surrounding area during this time of year.

No microwave, seemed odd. Could use better lighting options. Maybe more seating. A lot of unused space. Food was mediocre. Shower leaks all over bathroom floor.

Great coffee selection, thanks for Coffee Mate rather than powdered whitener. Quiet. Nice patio and chairs. Unbelievable TV with a lot of selections, almost need a training course. Jordan at the front desk was very friendly and personable.

Our room had a very unpleasant odour which we figured was from the bathtub drain.
