We enjoyed everything!

The suite was absolutely beautiful and situated right downtown Kemptville. It was in close proximity to the river and was very close to restaurants, the bakery, and market. We loved how quiet and comfortable our suite was. We were happy to be able to make our own breakfast and walk down the street for a great dinner and entertainment. The staff were wonderful, checked to see if we were happy in our suite and gave us sound advice about the town. Extremely friendly! Overall, I can't wait to stay in this suite again as it was the best sleep I've had in a long time.

Loved everything and have one recommendation…would have appreciated regular size pillow as king size pillow was the only option. Still slept very well!

This was our favourite place we stayed on our road trip! The suite was amazing and we loved that snacks and Netflix were provided. My daughter stayed downstairs on a sofa bed where there was a TV and the adults had their own separate area and TV upstairs. Cooking facilities were great, there was a fridge/freezer, hob, toaster oven and microwave. Everything we needed :) And it was a 2 minute walk away from a supermarket.

The location was perfect. Early morning meeting was close by . Weather is always a concern. We did not have breakfast but appreciated the coffee and tea in room.

We were disappointed that a jet tub was advertised but unfortunately the jets had been disconnected and could not be used. NO point in advertising a jet tub when there is not jets.

It is a lovey hotel, and we really how nicely decorated it is and the renovations to the old building it is in.

Gorgeous, well kept property with tons of functional space. Staff was incredibly helpful and called right away when they noticed we had left some belongings behind. 10/10 recommend.

TV channel selections were minimal and complicated by having several remote controillers.

Breakfast not available at this location. Coffee/tea and snacks were available in the room. Available products were top quality. Many breakfast options in the surrounding area. Gas fireplace made the room cozy and toasty on a cold evening.

There was nothing negative about our stay.

We stayed in one of the smaller suites for three nights. It was very comfortable, spacious and well appointed. The small kitchenette was equipped with coffee/tea and snacks, all complimentary. Communication about check in was clear and all instructions for operating the tv, (including Netflix) were easy to follow. It’s obvious that attention was given to small details; robes, cosy fireplace, a throw on the couch and extra bedding are only a few examples.

It was a very clean, large suite with a cozy feel. The fireplace and comfortable couch allowed for a relaxing evening on a snowy night. The staff responded very quickly when we had a little problem. They seemed very interested in making sure that we had an enjoyable stay.

Love the simple check in whenever you arrive you have the code to enter. Spacious for a family. Staff checked in on day 2 to see if we needed anything. Love the snack basket - well utilized again!!!!!

We were there for a family wedding so location was perfect. Room for everyone to get ready. Snacks were a super awesome bonus and truly appreciated. We only stayed one night so didn’t use kitchen facilities but having a bakery a couple of doors down was a lovely welcome. Bed was comfortable and the cleanliness was beyond expectations.

this was our 2nd visit...for our anniversary. we specifically booked a room with a 'spa bath' - ie, expecting jets in the tub. Unfortunately there was a sign on the tub saying that the jets had been disconnected. When I complained, they said they advertise a 'soaker tub'. I told them that on booking sites, it still shows a spa bath. They said they had updated their site and others would be updated. Altho they gave me a discount, it put a damper on our stay, as this was a spa weekend. I wasnt satisfied with how my complaint was handled.

we had stayed at this hotel before and it was amazing - took advantage of the spa next door. Facilities are beautiful - warm and cozy.

If I had to say something, there was no Wifi password given. But that’s really insignificant considering how perfect everything else was!

It was a rustic place with a modern touch! It was clean and even though it’s a no staff location they were fully stocked with everything we needed!
