Dirty, smelled like mould, we would have left but we got there late and had no choice but to stay. There were stains all over the floor, and the air conditioner was spewing out mouldy air. We surmised this cant be an actual hotel and is likely some sort of money laundering business. We got no wifi password so I called the front desk and the lady rudely asserted that she gave me paper with the code. She didnt. So she told me the password and it didnt work. I tried every variation. I never did get it working.

The property had seen better days! I think it’s time to close this place and do a major renovation/ overhaul, everything is I aged, it was clean, but every other corner had a spider or insect in it, tub had permanent dark stains from age? Toilet was so low how do older peeps stand up after use. Sad pool was closed , best view in town though, won’t be going there no longer!

Room not cleaned well Clean bedding but hair in the shower, garbage under bed and behind dresser. Very dusty under beds behind cabinets edges and corners of walls. No bugs or anything

The room was not cleaned, and the backyard door doesn't close properly. I would not stay there anymore. For a small price, you will get a terrible room, where you will be afraid to sleep.

The room was gross. I'm usually not horribly picky about places, but I got there at 8 and the person wasn't even at the desk. I had to call, even though it said check-in was before 9. When I got into my room, the thermostat was broken and there was a space-heater fan on one of the bedside tables. It was -4 outside. There was hardly any light. It smelled of mold. The bottom of the bathtub was next to black and the shower was only at about 5'6. Maybe lower. It was only up to my chest. The coffee machine didn't work either. It just boiled up top and then spilled out the bottom. I'm not sure how the other rooms are, but I don't think I will be staying at this place again.

It's in a good, central location. It was inexpensive.

Noisy neighbours was playing music until 3am. Power went out because I used a microwave. Room doesn’t feel clean.

They catered to my off hours emergency within 30mins. The power went out because I turned on the microwave and it turns out the whole room only has one power/plug?

room smelled funny. No instructions for coffee machine, no carafe for coffee, Window didn't close so heard the neighbors all night. The cost for the stay, way too much.

staff was great! TV didn't work and he came and fixed it but had to go and get another remote. Was quick which was appreciated. Polite and helpful for sure.

The windows had dead bugs at the bottom of it Walls were not clean. Mold on the bathroom ceiling The cups that came with th coffee maker not in a good state. The plastic cups were melted. The paper cups were not in a sealed plastic. Only decaf coffee bags were available. The bath tub was all scratched / scoured

Before we even entered our room, other gusts of the property offered us drugs. The staff were usually not around or difficult to locate. It was obvious that this type of business was tolerated by the facility, who turned a blind eye to the drug dealing going on.

My room door didn't lock so we did a room change and when I went to check out I got locked in the room and their was no landline and the front desk number on the internet was incorrect so it was a little bit scary .. panicked a bit... Was 25 mins late for check out due to this reason. And front desk didn't take me seriously and tried to charge me a late check out fee...

I did not like the smell in the bathroom and the look of the stained bath tub. The sliding door to go out side was dirty too. Pick up the cigarette buts please!!

I liked the swimming pool was clean and refreshing swim. Also had a outdoor BBQ for guests to cook your own food.

Utterly filthy carpet. They were sticky they were so dirty and too many stains, large and small to count. You think they could spend 40 minutes and tear up carpet then put some cheap but washable linoleum down!

Towels were badly stained Air conditioning not fitted right. Didn't dare to try gaps of an inch or more. Coffee pot not working. Needed to get cups and so unable to make coffee.
