Needs a bit of love ... some painting, shower fawcett is old and really hard to turn (for old woman's hand!) Bath tub drain filter was missing.

Perfect location. There is a little coffee shop 2 min. walk with awesome breakfast. The hotel has underground parking and a few spots beside the building.Good wifi. Our room with 2 king beds was really big. Comfy beds! Not a fancy place but allows for a good night of sleep. Elevator to 2nd and 3rd floor

We came at 215pm and tried to check in early, but we were told it wasn't ready yet and wait until 3 p.m., and it was okay. So, we came back at 3 pm, and they handed us the key card for 2 rooms. 1 room was okay, but the 2nd wasn't done with the cleaning yet. So we came back to complain and they gave us a new room. But the room was just as bad, flash wasn't working properly, and water kept dripping for the whole night. Not to mention, no fridge/cooler, hair blower wasn't working. We have an 8 month old baby who wasn't able to sleep properly because of the noise of the water continuously dripping from the washroom. It was a terrible experience in our 2nd room.

Not cleaned thoroughly, mattresses sagging in the middle, mold in tub caulking.

Excellent location as is in walking distance to the Empress Hotel and main tourist area. Also underground parking appreciated!

More towels per room, a soap dish, and quiet neighbors would have been nice. I was in room 108 and often there was loud Indian speakers outside my door.

We were able to leave our car at the hotel after check in which allowed us to explore Victoria for the day.

Arrived at hotel 230pm and still couldnt check in. The staff said the room is not ready yet and made us wait until 3pm. Asked for a bath mat (anti-slip mat), none was given the whole stay. The carpet can be updated.

Sadly, the property beside this property has been bought for a homeless shelter so as soon as you would go out on your balcony, you'd see people smoking crack and smoking, meth and just mayhem, and we like to go on our patio in the mornings and we were met with that constantly so it's in a terrible locationand I feel really bad for the property owners cause they do not deserve their investment to be turned into that kind of a neighbourhood

Out flight out of Victoria was canceled last minute and we had to scramble for a hotel. This was the last room available on the island as far as we could tell. We were thankful that it was located in the city, was reasonably priced and clean. We got in around 10pm and checked out around 7am, so it was a very short stay. Just glad to have had a real bed to sleep in.

A few things should be replaced for cosmetic reasons but everything was functional.

Clean, comfortable beds and bedding. Mini fridge and coffee maker in room. Great central location. Good A/C.
